• Very clean!
• Too difficult to find! Very frustrating!

“Very clean and quiet (even with a girl's soccer team across the hall). Difficult to locate, which resulted in frustration and a call to the front desk for blow-by-blow details.”

• The room and bathroom were clean. The TV worked.
• Almost everything.

“Our one-night stay was one of the worst I have experienced. The fire alarm kept going off, beginning at 2:15 am. By Sunday morning, many guests were simply plugging their ears and getting through the halls to get to the breakfast room-which was a disaster. Hotel staff didn't even make a pretense that safety might be an issue. This hotel is very difficult to find off the highway- sorry we did.”

• The room was clean.
• The continental breakfast was awful, there was no hot water.

“Waited 5 minutes for the hot water in the shower and it was still cold. There was only an ice maker on the first floor. The continental breakfast had only stale muffins and bagels no coffee. There were also no cups for the juice. All and all it was clean but lacking normal things you would expect.”

• Wading pool was empty, dirty and littered-an eyesore.

• Front desk staff was not very friendly (no smiles).

“We were looking for a cheap overnight stay after a family wedding this hotel was just what we expected. The rooms were very small, but clean.”

• There was no separate switch for the bathroom light and exhaust fan.

• Clean room, friendly staff, quiet location.
• Small rooms.

“Nice hotel, hard to find if using a GPS, though, the address doesn't seem to match up properly. But - very near the mass pike, yet far enough away to avoid road noise. Breakfast ok, but not much selection. Friendly staff, but hard to find someone to check in when I got there around 11 pm. Room very clean, but very small.”

• We liked the beautiful view, the pool, and that you're trying to prevent global warming.
• We didn't really like that we had to walk to the subway, lol.

• Close to town easy to find but VERY quite. A++++++.
• Somewhat hidden behind truck stop but no noise.

“Facility appeared brand new, Staff bent over backwards to help. Less than 10 min. from Sturbridge Village but very seclude & quite. Great way to get away from the hub bub of the tourists in Sturbridge Village. Breakfast was normal bagels, toast, waffles routine. Would certainly stay here again no questions about it. Behind a truck stop but NO noise at all. Wonderful facility.”
