• This hotel was conveniently located,easy to find, and exactly what I expected for the price.
• It would have been nice to have had a coffee pot in the room.

“This Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. located right off the highway. Great for our over night stay. It was very clean and ready for us at check-in. The staff was very friendly and able to recommend a very good restaurant for breakfast.”

• extremely clean, brand new modern furniture, spacious, allowed pets for only ten dollars extra, quiet, convenient
• no pool

“wonderful place to stay. It was better than I expected because places that allow pets usually are not as clean or have an odor to the rooms but NOT the Red Roof In. The rooms were Immaculate!”

• The hotel was inexpensive and extremely convenient to the highway and downtown New London.
• No pool; no refrigerator in the room; no restaurant/room service

“No major complaints. This is a motel-style Red Roof Inn and was not crowded at all during our stay. We were glad to have a first-floor room so that we could usually park five steps from our door. It is fairly bare-bones, but was clean, with a nice shower and HBO. My biggest disappointment was not to have free wifi included with the basic room.”

• The convenience of its location to my destination and the interstate.
• There was not very good signage as to where it specifically was.

“This hotel was clean and cozy, perfect for a few day business trip, or for someone who is concerned with cost. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The only real complaint is that the heat, which is occupant controlled, made the room either too hot or not warm enough, and poorly located along the ceiling.”

• The cleanliness, the staff, the price, and the location.
• Bathroom was a tiny bit small.

“The hotel is perfect for the price. It was in a great location, the room was a nice size, it was clean. Best of all the staff was really nice and helpful. Plus they have 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby.”
