• Great location and friendly staff.
• Room smelled a little stale. A little bit of someone else's hair was in our shower and on our towels.

“Overall, the stay was not bad. The location near the casino was very convenient and it was also quite affordable. We felt it was also nice that they had a free shuttle to the casino. The shuttles were very high in demand. It might be helpful to have more shuttles. What can you really expect for the shuttles being free though? The staff was helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay overnight at the casino but can't afford their ridiculous prices for their rooms on site.”

• The location near Mohegan Sun Casino.
• The room did not meet my expectations for the price.

“This hotel served it's purpose for what we wanted. I was a little disappointed. The room just did not feel like it was clean. The bathroom was the worst. The shower curtain was moldy and there was no ceiling fan. The paint was peeling over the shower. The heat in the room took, 15 minutes to work. It blasted cold air until then! Like I said, it served it's purpose, but I don't think that I would stay there again.”

• Filthy rooms, no pool working, nor Jacuzzi, no shuttle keys didn't work.

“This place was disgusting! The shuttle driver was a maniac, drunk, text messaging while driving, talking on cell while driving, the pool was shut down, the Jacuzzi was shut down, or keys didn't work, the heat didn't work, and the shuttle only ran once an hour with a rock concert going on and we missed half the show!”

• Spacious room with Jacuzzi tub! Hotel had bar with complimentary appetizers/snacks. Continental breakfast was good.

“I was very happy with this hotel. The shuttle service back and forth to Mohegan sun was great! The king suite was a beautiful spacious room. The pool area was nice as well.”

• Quiet and friendly. Nice continental breakfast.
• Bathroom door hinges need oiling. Squeaked a little.

• They were not too informed about their shuttle to the Casino.

“Everything was fine except the shuttle to the Casino, we had tickets to a concert at 7 pm we checked in at 4 pm and was told the five and six shuttles were full. When we told the girl she didnt even offer a solution, we had to find out about a cab, we cost us extra money, we booked into this hotel for the shuttle and closeness to Casino. It was the only disappointment about the trip.”

• Very clean hotel, nice staff.
• The bar should be open for a longer amount of time.

“This hotel is an excellent choice for the person who wants to go to Mohegan Sun without spending a lot on a room in the actual casino. This hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Mohegan Sun that runs well into the night. And they even give you a ten dollar food voucher and a ten dollar bet voucher. For the price of the room, you can't beat it.”

• Location. Closed to all attractions in the area.
• Smoking room, staffs not helpful and did want to accommodate the needs of guests.

“This is the 1st time for us to stay in this hotel and will be the last. The good thing about this hotel is the location. it is very close to all the attractions in the area, e.g. Mohegan Sun casino is just a short 10 minutes drive. The hotel also has a sauna and indoor pool free for guests. But the staffs in the hotel is not friendly at all. Every time I felt like I was being treated as a low-priority guests e.g., I was given a smoking room and the staff didn't want to change it, a good place for good deals, now I feel I am compromising a lot of quality for cheap rates. A good deal only make sense when you can get the same or at least similar quality for less money.”

• Front desk staff not very friendly.

“Good deal considering free shuttle to Mohegan Sun, with coupon for free buffet and the continental breakfast included. Good choice for a brief visit and not worrying about having to drive home from the casino
