• The staff, all of them were so very friendly and helpful in telling us about area entertainment. LOVED it.
• Nothing that we didn't like. It was a beautiful place to stay.

“The room is beautiful and clean. The hallways are beautiful also. The workers were extremely friendly. Just an excellent place to stay in. The pool was nice, clean and warm. SMILE. Next time we plan to use their dining room. Looked great. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. The lady at the desk was so friendly, felt like family. People do try this place out. EXCELLENT for sure.”

• Luxurious.
• Parking was a problem after leaving and returning around 9pm.

“Was the cheapest hotel we booked through Priceline and the most luxurious for our 10 day new england trip!
Was able to book at such a low rate by trying only 19 hours in advance.”

• Convenient location.
• Not very good maid service, did not replenish basics ( eg, toilet paper, soaps, etc).

• Clean, neat and close with shuttle to Mohegan Sun.

“Very attractive room, very clean, good tv, and right off the highway and close to Mohegan Sun. They also provide free shuttle.”

• convenient location to highways/casino/eatery
• Small bathroom and alot of dust in hotel room

“I was very please with the location of the hotel and the friendly staff incl shuttle driver. I was a little disappointd with the hotel room, bathroon was small, there was dust on the furniture, and small gnats in the room. But overall it was a comfortable stay for one night.”

• Hotel was attractive, conveniently located to casinos, comfortable,service was good.
• They refused to extend checkout time by half an hour which was stressful for us.

“We thought the hotel was attractive, had nice amenities. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and ironing board. There is a laundry in the hotel. All the conveniences of home. They offer a shuttle to Mohegan Sun so you don't have to drive. The staff was helpful and tried to be accommodating. Staff forgot to ask us if we wanted a king bed or two doubles and just gave us a room. When we complained that we were not allowed a half hour extension for checkout they tried to make us feel better by offering a complimentary breakfast.”

• Room was spacious with s sitting area.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was remote enough to offer privacy, but close enough to area attractions (Mohegan Sun). The room was beautiful- it contained a refrigerator, seating area and free internet access. I highly recommend.”

• The staff was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and knew the area very well.
• The decor was sparse - it seemed more geared toward business travelers, especially in the hallways.

“It is right off the highway, the room was impeccably clean, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. One of the desk attendants even recommended a great breakfast diner, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The decor was pretty sparse, but if the hotel is geared toward business travelers, then there is nothing wrong with that!”

• very clean, very comfy and close to all we needed.
• didnt get our dinner or gambling vouchers, because we didnt use the shuttle at hotel? very dissapointed.

“Clean, comfy, right near casino. Amazing price as compared to the hotels in the casino and a 5 minute ride made it so worth it. We were however VERY dissapointed-we were not given our dinner or gambling vouchers becauase we did not take the hotel shuttle-which had just left and if we had waited for it we would have missed the show we had tickets for...and we could not take it back due to the fact the last one retuned at 11:15pm...and we were not planning on ending our evening that early. We found it ridiculous and the women exlplaining it to me was very rude and not helpful at all. Other than that, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“The hotel was convenient and staff were freindly. Appearance did not relect a recent multi-million dollar renovation. Bathroom had cracked tile, seeemed like it wasn't too clean and there were beer bottle tops I found on the rug and on the furniture.”

“We enjoyed our one night stay, restaurant for breakfast was unorganized, however manager was working as three people to keep up and do his best. Lack of staff made this very difficult.”

• This hotel had an unfortunate problem, they did not have water, but did not tell us the water was off at check in. The transport service to Mohegan.

“It would have been nice if we had been told that they were without water for the day when we checked in. The shuttle to Mohegan Sun did not run very often. We had to wait for an hour and half for a shuttle, without water to use. Due to no water the bar was closed, restaurant was closed. We know the water issue wasn't their fault, but they should have informed us at check in. Also they should have tried to make our stay more comfortable which they didn't.”
