• Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

“Hotel wasn't anything fancy, but it gave us a clean place to sleep. We don't spend a lot of time in the hotel room, and didn't need a fancy place.”

• Horrible bathroom.

“Very poor rundown condition, the above balcony was very rusty, and as though it would collapse, I was glad our room was on ground level. The bathroom was disgusting, rusty fixtures, peeling wallpaper, no baseboards.”

• The convenience- right off of the freeway.
• Very basic, no niceties like bottled water or a fridge in the room.

“conveniently located, the hotel is a good value for the price, especially so close to hang over and the dart mouth medical center. The corners of the rooms were dusty, but the room was comfortable. the linens were plentiful and clean. the breakfast coffee was weak, but there is a drunk in donuts about a quarter of a mile away.”
