Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[3] • Location:[6]

  • Nothing.
  • Cold room with no temperature control, not well maintained.

“If your only consideration is price and you are willing to overlook the shortcomings then this might be sufficient. Otherwise look elsewhere.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[1] • Location:[4]

  • It was relatively inexpensive.
  • It was dirty and the hotel staff seemed confused.

“The capital inn in Montpellier was no place that I could or would recommend to others. The room seemed was shabby and in desperate need of renovation. The hotel staff seemed to be confused and possibly intoxicated when we checked in. However, I read other reviews of the hotel when I booked our room so I was not entirely surprised.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[4] • Location:[7]

  • Did not like the hotel.
  • It is not a hotel. It is less than a motel, expensive for the amenities provided.

“Costly for the facilities.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[8]

  • Only the location of the hotel.
  • Very much dirty, Doesn't clean room everyday, doesn't change towel, Lot of spider in toilet.

“This hotel doesn't clean at all. They won't clean the room everyday. They cleaned twice in a week. They supplied towel on request. So everyday you have to ask for towel. Lot of spiders in the toilet. They don't have receptionist in the hotel even in the day. I couldn't find anyone, when I need a service.”

  • Leaving the place.
  • Getting moved around all the time.

“It was a mess from the start. They cancelled my reservations out of the blue without my consent however after a long battle with the manager I was refunded one nights stay. If you are looking for a place to stay the side of the road would be better.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[6] • Location:[6]

  • The hotel wasn't the best but it was a good location for my stay in Vermont.
  • The room smelled of smoke and the lobby was dark and almost campy.

“Overall, the hotel was at the basic economy level, from which I wasn't too surprised to find the room in the condition that it was in. It smelled of smoke (even though it was non-smoking room) and the entrance was dark and had a campy feel throughout the hotel. The staff however was friendly from the start and for the most part, there are amenities such as free wireless and an on-site restaurant that provide some quality to the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a Sheraton feel but for the price and the location, it's probably the best deal in town.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • It was clean, generally and the ac worked.
  • The box springs were torn with the insides showing and the outer lighting attracted massive bugs.

“This hotel was booked because it was the cheapest that could be found at the time. Also, be sure when booking that you call to make sure you have a smoking/nonsmoking room. That wasn't a choice when booking for me, and I got stuck with a smoking room that by the end of the trip made all my clothes stink.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[8] • Location:[3]

  • Staff/owners friendly and as helpful as they could be given the physical circumstances.
  • Some towels soiled. Worn bed linens. Piles of Debris from renovations were evident everywhere. hole in wall near outlet - not patched.

“It had a bed, roof, bathroom and the door lock worked. It was very inexpensive. If you're used to camping out in a state of national forest...you'll be OK, here.”
