• Beautiful, well-maintained property.
• No access to reasonably priced parking.

“Very comfortable hotel. We got a real bargain for one night. Our room, on the highway side of the hotel, was pretty and in very good condition. The linens and fixtures were high quality. Would definitely recommend.”

• Comfortable beds.
• Very noisy hallway racket..in the night and early morning.

“There is no breakfast...let alone coffee in the lobby in the morning. The parking costs $14./day.”

• Marriott is consistant
• Paying extra for parking when there is no alternative is the same as paying more for the room.

“Priceline did not give me the option to select a lesser hotel or make a location change. Instead the site went straight to an added price option only. Nowhere on the Priceline selection page did I see the addition parking charge. Had I known there was another cost I would have selected a different hotel.”

“We always have a great stay at the Springfield Marriot via priceline. We head out there often to visit family/friends and have never been disappointed with our room accomodations and overall stay.”

• The room was very clean and inviting.
• Bathroom was very small.

“The hotel looked pretty old from the outside, but it was pretty up to date inside. Nice floors, carpets in the hallways and in the room looked new. Bed was too soft for me.”

• Beautiful rooms, lovely linens, great soaps and shampoos.
• Everything was great.

“Hotel is very accessible. We travel from PA to visit our daughter at college. Accommodations are perfect and location is ideal. This is our favorite hotel. We also are happy with parking set up. Within a short drive from museum and other local points of interest. Get location for visiting any of the many colleges and universities located in the area.”

• I liked the covered parking.
• The curtains over the heater area, charge for parking.

“I was real impressed with the hotel it was clean through the lobby, elevator, hallways, and the room was clean. The beds were really comfortable and with enough pillows.”

• Nob hot water. Internet charge higher than usual. Pay for parking.

“Hotel person (with bad attitude) claimed water main break downtown resulted in no hot water. Why didn't it affect the cold water as well then. Doubtful I would stay here again.”

• Loved the bed and the sheets!
• The bar food and atmosphere was mediocre.

“The Marriott is a beautiful hotel, the rooms were private clean and they had 1000 count sheets on the bed, what a pleasure. We slept like babies. Thank you.”

• Parking was convenient.
• The fire alarm sounded 3 times making sleep impossible.

“This hotel was quite nice. The fire alarm sounded three times during the night. 2:00 AM, 3:10 AM and 5:00 AM. The verbal warnings came one half hour after the first alarm. They were unclear and I had to call the desk to see if it was safe. The second announcement was longer but still difficult to hear. No Third. They offered a free breakfast, at checkout. The food staff was friendly, but the front desk were less so.”

• friendly associates.
• Everthing closed at 4pm! Nothing to do in the city, strange!

“Room had a strange odor, mildrew. Could not identify. View was nice. Close to the BIG E (maybe 10 minutes away). Was located in a mall but all stores closed at 4 pm. Hotel staff was nice.”
