• Nothing.
• Everything.

“The place smelt so bad it was not funny. Had to take smoking room because they didn’t have anything else and it was absolutely disgusting. Staff was rude and at 1105 (check out was 11) they were knocking on the door and telling us we had to leave. Will never stay there again!”

• The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
• The continental breakfast was presented in a cramped area and was skimpy.

“The hotel was convenient to 2 restaurants, McDonalds and Friendly. It was just 3 miles from Deerfield where the seminar I attended was being held. The room was clean and comfortable. The hallway and lobby smelled of disinfectant. The continental breakfast was presented in an odd manner in that 2 or 3 muffins, donuts and bagels would be offered and when those were gone 2 or 3 more would be presented. Dry cereal was offered yet milk had to be requested. Coffee seemed in short supply also. It was as if they had the food but didn't want the guests to eat it!”

• Rooms were pretty clean. TV is decent.
• Staff. Carrying all your luggage up the stairs.

“Staff is the worst. I travel 5 days a week and have never had so many problems in one place. Between receptionists talking (and swearing!) on their cell phones or the hotel phone; or not knowing how to work the fax machine or print a receipt, or mixing up reservations and rooms, it was just ridiculous every time I went to the desk. Also, good luck if you need to call them for a wakeup call because it rang a good 20 times before I just gave up. Rooms either smell like paint or cigarette smoke. And the "breakfast" is merely stale cereal, a toaster, and a juice machine. Hallway doors are kept closed, so good luck getting some sleep or rest if you have a room next to one because they will be slamming shut every few minutes. ”

“Painting walls, while people are trying to sleep, breakfast nothing, they did not refill remote, no batteries. Ice machine banging the wall all night.”
