• Nothing in or about this hotel is acceptable.
• Bed unkept, old set up,.

“The night clerk advised me to be sure and remove anything visible from the car. Cars are broken into on steady basis. The room and entire hotel is in poor condition.”

• Very clean, pool was nice, workers were very friendly, very nice stay!
• Nothing I disliked.

“Location was perfect. My children enjoyed the pool. I will return next year, because I enjoyed my stay immensely.”

• I enjoyed the fact that it was very close to the Holyoke Mall & Six Flags.
• The free continental breakfast literally had 1 bagel, old coffee, & two sad little Danishes. Less than par.

“Though I enjoyed the location of this hotel, I did not feel that it was very comfortable or well maintained. I woke up with a backache because the bed was uncomfortable. I was looking forward to grabbing a quick free continental breakfast which is from 6 am to 10 am. However, I showed up at 9 am to being offered for my spouse and me, 1 bagel, old coffee, and two Danishes that looked less than appetizing. It was a disappointment.”

• It was reasonably priced.
• The frozen corn muffins at breakfast.

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant. It is fine for a short business or family stay. My only complaints were at breakfast. The corn muffins were soggy on the outside and frozen in the middle and the coffee machine brews very tiny cups of coffee.”

• Close to Seaworld.
• Unfriendly uncooperative staff.

• Convenient location.
• Rooms were cramped, booked non-smoking room was given smoking room and had to change rooms. Then new room smelled heavily of cleaning products.

“For a 1 night stay to just sleep, this hotel was fine but for extended stay I would not stay at this hotel. The rooms are really small. We had five of us in the room (2 adults and 3 children) and if we requested a cot it would not have fit in the room.”

• The location was fine -close to the big e which is what we were looking for.
• The worst thing was the bath tub which had a ring around it and hair in the drain - do they clean it?

“I did not expect a lot from a 2 star hotel, the decor was dated, etc (pink tile in the bathroom!) I could live with that. The dresser must have been sitting in water at one time as there was evidence of mold and water damage all around the bottom. The tub was only about 3 ft long and had a ring around it. Also hair in the drain. No thanks, we waited till we got home the next day to take showers.”

• The room was very clean.
• The day staff, not helpful at all.

“Everything was fine, but when I was lost trying to find the hotel, when I called the hotel, they didnt give me correct directions to the hotel. For over an hour, I was lost trying to find the hotel, calling 4 times to get precise directions. But even thought they gave me wrong directions, the desk clerk, was extremely helpful and precise when I arrived (could it been the 4 calls previous?). They day staff were awful, someone complained 3 times before they came and replenished the continental breakfast, but once they replaced everything, it wasn't so bad. The day desk clerk was rude when I called and asked for extra towels. He stated I shouldn't call him, that the housekeeper was on my floor, go find them and they will give me what I need. But I can report the room was nice and clean.”

• Walls are thin and can hear the travelers in the next room.

• Very close to our destination. It was quite and staff was very helpful
• 1 bed was lob sided.

“This hotel was perfect for what we needed. All we did was sleep there. It was close to six flags N.E. and we spent our days at the park. Check in was quick as was check out. Our son clogged the toilet with toilet paper (he wiped up a spill with toilet paper and chucked it in the toilet) and the staff was very kind and understanding and helped us right away.”

• Rooms were nice for the price. The staff was helpful and courteous.
• The ac system in the room was noisy.
