“My husband and I were going on our honeymoon up to Maine, but we decided to stop the first night at this hotel because I thought it would have been a nice clean hotel. When we got there I heard one of the guest complaining about wanting to change rooms because his was dirty and smelly, but they didn't have any room available for him. We got to the room and it was a dump. It was not clean at all. The room smelled funny, but we just let it go since we were there only for the night thankfully. The bathroom was really dirty. We woke up in the morning with at least 15 bed bug bites. The water in the shower was cold and wouldn't get warm. It was a terrible experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“This hotel was not worth the star rating. It looks like an impoverished apartment complex. The rooms are very small as well as the bathrooms. The fitness center was very poor and the continental breakfast was worthless. The location is very inconvenient and the staff was very unfriendly.”

“For the price I paid and knowing that this is a 2 star hotel it wasn't bad. At first the reviews I read worried me but come to find out they had been rather harsh. I found that the smoking room I stayed in had various cigarette marks and burns, and there was no ashtray in my room. I also found that my room was missing the TV remote. When I informed the staff at the front counter they apologized and brought two ashtrays and a remote up to my room. The pool was nice though chilly, but kept very clean. All in all I would say with this hotel you get what you pay for so dont expect more, but know that the staff is very helpful and kind and the rooms are decent.”

“The hotel is understaffed and the rooms are not clean. My room was the worst in the hotel, off the lobby and extremely loud. Clearly the worst room. Awoken at 2 a.m. by drunken guests and had to intervene myself. Cleaning staff knocked loudly, twice, on our door around 8:30 a.m. to ask when we would be out of there so they could set up their cleaning schedule (not that the room was clean to begin with. Kids were still sleeping. That has never happened in all my years of travel. I will never stay at this hotel again. Period. Too many other choices. We had to open our door and ask other guests to lower their voices. The best part of the hotel was close parking and the fact that we only booked for one night. It would have been fine if it was cleaner, better staffed and quieter. I wasn't looking for luxury, just rest.”

“We've stayed at this hotel about a dozen times. Always pretty much the same. Great price, great location, decent accommodations. All the shower heads are cheap old and malfunctioning. Always cobwebs on the ceilings and I don't think they have ever washed any of the sliding glass doors. Carpets are always clean; bedding is clean and comfortable, linens clean. Staff not very friendly, but not rude.”

“This hotel, was awful, we had 2 rooms booked and both were awful, I have stayed at 2 stars before, the furniture was broken 2 pieces, the couch was dirty the bathroom had stains on the wall behind the toilet, one toilet actually ran all night reported and Never fixed, the sheets were dirty, the staff was ok in handling some situations, but did not clean room we were there 2 days, they came in took towels that was it, we came back at 4 and still not cleaned (2 rooms), I will Never return here. Pool was closed.”
