Location is easy to find.
Location on busy loud street and staff not very friendly.

“This hotel was ok but way too pricey. The hotel was clean enough and the room was fine. The breakfast was lackluster at best. The staff was not friendly at all.”

Very clean & comfortable. Liked the movies & fitness room.
It was very cold that weekend & the front walk was a bit icy.

“The hotel was very warm & cozy. We enjoyed watching current movies in our room. The hotel is especially clean & beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the fitness room during our stay. The staff was very polite & efficient. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel & will stay here again.”

Convenient location.
A fire alarm after midnight that took them more than 20 minutes to silence.

“This will be our hotel of choice every time we go to MA for funerals and weddings!”

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere for sleeping; ample and nourishing buffet breakfast to wake up to.
Short of staff at check in desk. other person(s) busy with other duties in back room.

“Hotel is located on a busy main roadway on the edge of a busy outdoor mall in the city of west Springfield. easy to access the hotel off of area roadways. hotel was clean, quiet atmosphere, rooms are clean and quiet for sleeping. no gym but large outdoor pool is being readied for summer.”
