• I felt safe in the hotel, with security walking the halls at night.
• Early check out time. Could be a little later.

“Overall, for a short one night stay, it was pretty nice. I liked how it was off the main road, unlike most other hotels on that strip. There were many amenities that meet our needs, such as hair dryer, iron/board, coffee maker, room service, pool, and exercise room.”

• Convenient access, nice, clean, good facility.
• No towels upon check in. Staff was way too slow in responding.

“The hotel allowed me to check in without towels in the room. This is not acceptable I had to call the front desk twice and wait over an hour (and this was after 8 PM!) I finally went to the front desk and insisted that they take me to the linen closet to hand me 2 towels (so my son and I could take showers and go to dinner). There is zero excuse for this.”

• Overall, the stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night, a stop on our way to a final destination.
• Check in. Very rude, not helpful at all. Finally a professional helpful desk clerk was excellent.

“Hotel very impressive. Very nicely decorated lobby, restaurant and pool area. Room was very clean. Except for our first impression of the desk clerk and a power outage, that happened Saturday morning while trying to get ready for a wedding, it was a pleasant stay.”

• Good location and far enough back from main road (no cars are heard all night long).
• The smell of the chlorine from the pool did not make the food taste that wonderful.

“I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The hotel was undergoing renovations. The hotel had several security measures in place, but they rarely worked. The security gate was up for most of my stay and the key entry doors were not locked. I was not scared because the location was good, but I thought that it was ridiculous to have these measures and not use them. I also had a hard time receiving towels for my room. The front desk kept saying that they would send them, eventually I had to find a maids cart. The rooms were not bad, but service was an issue. Dining in the chlorine smell was not appetizing. I only ate the comp. breakfast with my two free passes, but the smell in the outer restaurant was not appeasing.”

• The public area - pool, bar, etc. - looked like the Grand Ole Opry, according to my sister.
• The receptionists weren't too pleasant; I overheard one complaining about a guest.

“The Clarion is very convenient to routes 91 and 90. The hotel is located off back from the main road and is, therefore, a little quieter. The room was very small but adequate. Check-out time seemed questionable as some documents said noon and others said eleven. Apparently this was a point of contention with other guests. The buffet breakfast was good.”

• The hotel was clean, convenient and affordable.
• The meeting room walls were paper thin. It was very distracting to hear what was going on in the next room.

• Very clean.
• Air conditioner was loud.

“Our rate included full buffet breakfast coupons. The hotel was far better than other Priceline hotels in the 2 or 2.5 star range. I would rate it 3 stars.”

• The heated indoor pool is a big hit with the kids in the middle of winter. Hot tub and a full bar with a buffet for breakfast.
• The only thing I didn't like about it is I didn't stay there long enough.

“I use this hotel for mini weekend vacations from reality with the kids. They love it for the pool and the game room. You have a great time swim, soak in the hot tub, eat good food and get a good nights sleep with kids. For a Romaic get away with just the girlfriend, nice restaurant, nice bar, hot tub and a clean spacious room. Tell me that sounds like a plan no matter who you are. If you want to please her, take her here. The staff is great, will to help in any way they can. I know it has conference rooms but have never used them. vie been coming here for about 18 years now and never had a bad experience and every one vie turned on to this place was pleased too. Overall this place is a great place to visit if its just the two of you or if you have a family. If you can make it to flap for the week end, this is the next best thing. Good clean rooms, mini gym, sauna, game room, pool, full bar and free breakfast, great staff make the time for you, stay at the place and leave your stress in the parking lot.”

“I have stayed at this hotel for two years straight (it will be three in 05) for our convention (Jehovah's Witnesses). And it is a Great hotel! The set-up is very nice, the staff is very helpful with directions, and many of my friends enjoy eating in the restaurant located inside. As for location, supermarkets, fast food places, restaurants, malls for shopping, and a showcase cinema are all a two - ten minute drive away. How's that for location? Exactly, great!”
