• Location.
• Air conditioning in room did not work properly.

“Our hotel room was somewhat dated. The wallpaper was stapled to the wall at one seam. The air conditioning was not working properly in the room and we advised the staff before we left for the evening. Nothing was done.”

• The price was excellent.
• The sign saying please remove electronic equipment from car due to break ins.

“Nice hotel. Perhaps they need security in the parking lot to prevent all the supposed break ins.”

• Location.
• Not in as good condition as other 3 star hotels. Bathroom needed some work, holes in duvet cover.

• Shuttle took me nearly everywhere. Very helpful.
• Water leak from ceiling. They moved me to club level.

“ Nice hotel. Convenient location. Workout area and pool were better than many hotels. Shuttle was very convenient & will take you anywhere from airport to downtown restaurants & attractions. Wi-Fi only on lower level of hotel. Have to pay for service in your room. That would be my only negative.
”

• Manager and staff were very helpful with our situation.
• The bugs in the room and the stains on the sheets.

“ For the most part this is a decent hotel. The rooms need some paint, the chairs in the rooms are worn, the bed dust ruffles are dirty, and there were bugs on the furniture, walls and bath floors. There was also stain on the bed-sheets. We had 3 rooms in a 5 day stay. ”

• Elevators were not working properly.

“Comfortable room, nice decor, decent view. Room service arrived quickly. Good selection of pay-per view movies. Free substantial parking.”

• We have stayed here before and we could tell that they have worked to improve things.

“Great hotel for the price. We have stayed here a few times...they have made many improvements since our last stay. Pool was warm and clean. Work out area clean. As always, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.”

• The highlight of my stay was the day I checked out!
• Filthy hotel!

“The worst Sheraton I have ever stayed at and I would never return. Filthy hotel, horrible food, soft beds, slow service in the restaurant, the front desk tried to charge me a $250 cleaning fee accusing me of smoking in my room, (it was later confirmed the smell came from the ventilator in the bathroom.) I don't smoke and never have. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very disappointing stay I would not recommend this hotel, it is on the same level as Holiday Inn and should have no more than 2.5 stars.”

• Friendly front desk.
• Dirty! Rooms! Not happy!

“Ordered a one bed on the room, they put us on a two bed in the beginning. Cum on the curtains, not acceptable, snot on the wall. And then we go back to move our stuff, room supposedly cleaned, still dirty, the things we complained about! Horrific!”

• The parking lot is not safe.

“The parking area is not safe. My auto was broke into. I also found glass in the parking lot from another car that was probably broke into. The lighting is not very bright. Security is not a priority. I would not stay in any of their hotels.”
