“The worst Sheraton I have ever stayed at and I would never return. Filthy hotel, horrible food, soft beds, slow service in the restaurant, the front desk tried to charge me a $250 cleaning fee accusing me of smoking in my room, (it was later confirmed the smell came from the ventilator in the bathroom.) I don't smoke and never have. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very disappointing stay I would not recommend this hotel, it is on the same level as Holiday Inn and should have no more than 2.5 stars.”

“Ordered a one bed on the room, they put us on a two bed in the beginning. Cum on the curtains, not acceptable, snot on the wall. And then we go back to move our stuff, room supposedly cleaned, still dirty, the things we complained about! Horrific!”

“The parking area is not safe. My auto was broke into. I also found glass in the parking lot from another car that was probably broke into. The lighting is not very bright. Security is not a priority. I would not stay in any of their hotels.”

“We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful to us. The hotel is clean and has been kept up to date. The fitness center had several fairly new fitness machines - better than average. Our room was large and comfortable.”

“The Sheraton was a comfortable, convenient place to stay for our weekend college visit. Our family group was well served with late arrivals, and both hurried and leisurely meals.”

“This was my first stay at a Sheraton Hotel, and I have stayed at plenty of Marriott’s and I hate to admit, the quality is better at Marriott. It's not that this hotel wasn't nice; the room was a good size, clean and quiet. The bathroom was crazy small. However, those little things would not deter me from staying again. The front desk women were very eager to please and helpful.”

“Restaurant lacked sufficient help. Salad, soup and dinner served at once 45 minutes after order taken. Room service menu for breakfast states with all selections you get coffee & juice. But two people from kitchen & front desk state that you don't receive this if you order from grille, ex French toast. Not stated well in room menus. It is easier to go to dunking donuts, I know I will get what I ordered.”

“I had a great 5 day stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room and public areas are very clean, and the location is convenient but tucked away. This was my second stay and found the pleasant experience to be the same both times. I highly recommend the Sheraton in East Hartford.”

“When the problem was pointed out to the front desk, the hotel employee appeared concerned and said it would be addressed right away. Front desk staff focused on being effective without keeping guests waiting too long.”
