• Close to the airport.
• Just a bed & breakfast place, nothing else there.

“Good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. Several restaurants within walking distance.”

• Close to the airport.
• In the middle of nowhere.

“Close to airport and rental car agencies, but otherwise nothing. Luckily, breakfast was set up at 4 am, and the hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport.”

• Breakfast buffet.
• No HBO.

“This motel was really a surprise. Clean, quiet, comfortable. It had a much better than average free breakfast buffet. Ok, so the room did not have a scenic view and is hard by the Airport. It was still surprisingly quiet. Not exactly the romantic vacation spot, but if you are just looking for a reasonable place to stay and don't want to spend a fortune and don't mind not being in the Downtown area this place could be a very good choice. Anyway who goes to Hartford for a vacation?”

• The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was nice.
• Near an airport, but you really could not hear the planes taking off or landing.

• So much better than Hilton - I was surprised.
• No frig.

“I wasn't expecting much. I found new decor, reliable WIFI, real TV channels - not pre-selected like Holiday Inn seems to do. Bed comfortable, bathroom larger than Holiday Inn, everything very clean and quiet air conditioner. I am going to stay here often.”

• The staff was very accommodating of our early arrival and also kind. Room was well-kept.
• The outer appearance is a little misleading. Looks better inside than out.

“This hotel was very convenient with its close proximity to the airport, car rental venues and dining. The ala carte breakfast offerings are better than most small hotels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well kept and nicely furnished. They even have LCD televisions.”

• Location next to airport, still quiet.
• Very plain, worn carpets.

“This was a convenient place to stay since we had a 6:00 a.m. flight. However, we were on the second floor and there was no elevator. The parking spaces were very small, almost had to park every other space to be able to easily get in and out of doors and you were out of luck if you came in late.”

• We arrived at midnight, and the desk clerk was helpful and pleasant. Clean & comfortable bed.
• The complementary breakfast could have had a few more offerings. The bathroom was very small.

“I think I got a very good deal for the money that? I paid for the evening. The desk clerk was very cheerful and made us feel very welcomed. The shuttle service was excellent, pick-up and delivery was quick, with helpful, friendly people. Even though the hotel was in the process of remodeling, they didn't start work until around 8:30am.”

• It was close to the airport. Good shuttle service.
• It was old, poor lighting in bathroom, area location run-down.

“This hotel was average or below avg. for the price. It did have a fairly good continental breakfast, and the staff was helpful and friendly.”

• Convenient.
• I was given a smoking room. My clothes and bag stink. The lights did not work for the first 45 minutes I was in the room.

“Needs considerable renovation. Systems, especially electrical, have undergone a patch. This was especially noticeable the room I was assigned - # 125.”

• All employees were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was fine. The driver from the hotel was very helpful.
• Could use some updating.

“We would stay here again; however, it would be nicer if the hotel did some updating. We arrived late evening so it was nice to get a comfortable room for a reasonable price with helpful employees.”

• Bathroom was poor and not as clean as it should be.

“Good location, friendly staff. Unfortunately poor bathroom layout with sink and toilet/shower separate. I also noticed some hair on the bathroom floor. Didn't like the fact that there was no elevator going up to the second floor, as I had to lug my suitcases up the stairs. Very few restaurants in walking distance. It was also quite noisy when neighboring people opened and closed their doors. Reasonable price, good shuttle service to the airport.”

• No elevator (but staff helped take bags up and down).

“Three minutes from the airport in the hotels free shuttle. Very helpful, friendly staff. Prompt response to requests for help. Punctual shuttle. Decent continental breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. I felt completely safe there.”
