  • Cheap, close to Killington.
  • Toilet clogged.

“Nice and quiet, main street, 20 min from Killington, crowded room and bathroom but cheap price plus free breakfast. We were unfortunate to have our toilet break down last day, but no problem, we used the lobby.”

  • It was not expensive.
  • Showers were difficult. (Did not drain hard to set temp etc).

“The hotel was adequate. We got what we paid for.”

  • Location and price for the area were great!
  • The hotel staff weren't very friendly.

“The staff wasn't too friendly at check in. The room was small but perfectly fine for 2 people. The breakfast was great! Overall I say it was worth the money.”

  • You get what you pay for. TV had good cable.
  • Older bathroom facility.

“The price was right for what was there but for $10.00 more I would have had a pool and more modern facilities right next door.”

  • Location.
  • Morning staff at desk was rude and downright argumentative.

“Although most of the experience was a positive one. The morning person at the desk was rude and argumentative when we asked why the breakfast was no longer being served. We were NOT informed of the serving hours when we checked in and there is nothing documented in the room to tell us either. Instead, the morning person at the desk INSISTED that he verbally informed us when we checked in... the problem is that he was NOT the person who checked us in. A more professional answer would have been to apologize that we were not informed of the breakfast hours and to thank us for alerting him to the lack of communication that the 'night person' needs to improve upon. Although we travel to Rutland at least once a month, my wife does NOT want to stay at ECONO-LODGE ever again due to this experience.”
