• Nice clean pool, open 7 am to 10 pm, nice linens.
• No continental breakfast.

“I stayed at this hotel with my 2, 14 yr olds and my 5 yr grandson. We were comfortable in the room, the beds were comfortable with nice linens, and the pool was very nice. Not a huge pool, but clean, warm and nicely landscaped. There is a nice Gazebo by the pool where we ate our dinner. The complimentary coffee and hot cocoa hit the spot. We will stay there again. The location was convenient for us, right off the highway.”

• It was a smoke free hotel you should be able to smoke on the balcony.

• Unbelievable cleanliness and comfort; excellent access to surrounding area.
• Noisy from floor above.

“Fantastic value and overall experience. No parking fee, free bottled water and snacks, super friendly staff. If I ever have the opportunity to be in that area again, I'd definitely stay there.”

• Bathtub did not drain well.

“Pleasant stay, beds comfortable, air conditioner fully adjustable. Would have been nice to have any sort of hotel information in the room -other than on the TV. I found out later. There also was not a TV schedule. We were not pleased that the tub drain was slow. The breakfast was too expensive $9! Nice free snacks, water bottles coffee and tea in the lobby. The pool was attractive but very small.”

• Comfy beds.
• More courteous greeting when checking out, sink outside bathroom.

“Pleasant check-in. Easy on & off to I-95. Very comfortable beds with 4 pillows on each bed. Loved that. Clean rooms. Took advantage of the express check-out, but thought that the person at the front desk could've had a more pleasant goodbye when I called to tell them I was leaving. Thanks for staying with us or I hope you enjoyed your stay. Something other than, Thanks, bye.”

• Good sized room. Plenty of parking.
• Room lighting was grim.

“Decent experience staying at this Marriot. The main thing I first noticed was a cleaning chemical odor pretty much everywhere in halls and room. Hotel had an institutional smell. Room and bath was clean however. Not the best layout of the bath area as a very large room for the shower and toilet but no counter to put anything one. Sink was outside of this room with almost no vanity area also shared with coffee supplies. My biggest dislike of the room was the total use of fluorescent energy saving bulbs throughout. The bedroom lights were fair as they had shades and seemed to be a different type, but the shower area was dismal and depressing. The bulbs made a very grey sterile light which made everything look old and tired. Older hotel but still in decent shape. The front desk staff at night was not very knowledgeable on a couple questions I had about the internet access and breakfast costs. My family rented an on demand movie and the price charged at checkout was about $2 more then the due to "incidental taxes".”

• New, clean, quiet, king-size bed, great shower.
• Cannot turn into entrance from highway; must circle around and do a U turn.

• I arrived to the hotel around 1:00 pm and they let me check-in. The room was clean, the breakfast was good.
• The towels were a little old.

“The hotel is ten minutes to New Haven, it met my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The coffee machine, the shower, the TV and etc. all worked efficiently. Except the towels there is nothing to complain about this hotel.”
