• Comfortable and friendly.
• Understaffed.

“This hotel perhaps is a little understaffed in the front desk especially at late afternoon/night time. However hotel itself is very clean and I had an enjoyable stay.”

• Interaction with staff was better that expected.
• Bathroom zone and tub too low for seniors.

“Room was a bit cramped for king size bed which we needed, but mattress was excellent. Service at main desk was visitor friendly, super, really.”

“This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers with children or business travelers. The price is right, it's clean and fairly nice, and the beds are very comfortable.”

• Good location for us, staff was friendly and helpful, good AM breakfast.
• At check in there was a do not disturb tag on door, the clerk gave us another room, was ok.

“We took the train from Milford CT to NYC, and chose this town as friends lived their. We asked to stay one more night and the clerk and manager tried to get us one more night but they were booked, all staff polite, room clean, lobby clean, nice continental breakfast, easy to find, polite staff.”

• Location. Most of all, the beds were unbelievably comfortable!
• Hot foods at breakfast ran out quickly and were not replenished promptly. Long wait for hot food.

“I was extremely disappointed when I checked in with my (teenage) son that I was given a room that accommodates a "single" person. When I asked for a proper double the hotel staff said that they couldn't help me. I should not have to be the one that is inconvenienced. This should have been a courtesy that was provided by the hotel. I have booked many rooms in the past and have never been expected to share 1 bed with my roommate(no matter who the roommate is). The hotel staff person said that they typically give a room with 1 bed to a single traveler, which I was not. So if that's the case why not just provide me with the room that I should have been given in the first place? . This definitely changed my overall stay rating. However, once my son and I were finally accommodated with the proper room, we both slept like babies that evening. The beds/bedding are the best we have ever slept on. This must be a Hampton thing and for that reason alone, we would look to stay at another Hampton property in the future.”

• Hot continental breakfast included with room. It was a very nice spread.
• There was no restaurant on the premises or within walking distance for lunch or dinner.

“Overall, a very good experience. My wife and I stayed for five days. Each morning was a treat for breakfast which was included in the room rate, plus the use today is also available at no charge for all guests. The staff was friendly and very helpful. In fact, we were there during a snow storm and the staff made Hampton inn ice and snow scrapers available at no charge! We will definitely stay there again.”

• The bed. exceptionally comfortable.
• The shower. volume and pressure much too low.

“The room was slightly dingier than I expected and the bathroom floor was very sticky from not properly being rinsed after cleaning. Also the building is about 50 feet from the noisy i95. That said, the room was generally clean, the public areas attractive and the bed very comfortable. I feel we got our money's worth.”

• Only had smoking room left. Very sensitive to smoke.

• Staff was extremely friendly and helpful
• Items put out for breakfast were gone quickly

“Room was very clean. Only problem that I had was that the phone didn't work when I checked in but as soon as the problem was discovered, it was fixed quickly and efficiently. Staff was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Location was perfect, right off of I-95 and close to the access road to 15 also. But, the food put out for breakfast was not sufficient for the number of people in the hotel because it was cleared out quickly every morning.”
