• The friendliness of the staff.
• There was nothing I didn't like.

“Everything at this hotel was great! There was nothing that I didn't really like or couldn't live with. Because we were there on a weekend breakfast was served till 11 am and it was great. They only had a problem with keeping up with the demand of certain food and the dinning room wasn't huge, I ended up taking my food back to the room to eat. Overall though the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They were able to give us menus to the local restaurants and even was able to suggest the best places around!”

• Bed comfort. Nice TV.
• Could not close curtain. Bright light shining in.

“Fridge was not cold. Had to get maintenance to turn on. Floor lamp needed light bulb.”

• Pool and whirlpool.
• Suit was smaller than expected.

“We enjoyed our stay, and had fun in the pool. The free breakfast was above expectations with good family choices. The suite was smaller than expected. If you open the sofa bed you can not walk past it. Overall satisfied with price and stay.”

• HDTV, recently renovated, free internet, free breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious suite.
• Nothing.

“This is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. It is newly renovated with HDTV, free internet, comfortable bed and nice furnishings. The free breakfast with a lot to offer was a nice touch. All the little things (free wall street journal and USA today, free apples at the front desk) make this place great. Has a bar too that I didn't use. Fitness area and pool/whirlpool I didn't take advantage of but are available. This place is great for the money.”

• Well maintained with a great breakfast buffet.
• Rooms are small for a suite hotel.

“We filled two rooms with 3 and 4 people per room. The rooms were just large enough for two adults and 2 kids. Staff was professional and courteous.”

• Quiet and the staff was great.
• I had to kill an ant found in the bathroom and the tub area had small hair all over.

“The Springhill Suites hotel is a great hotel with a great staff. It could have used a better cleaning in the bathroom area and with the towels and rags.”

• Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was a nice addition.
• There was no one there to supervise the people using the pool. There was too much rough housing in the pool area.

• It is close to where I work and has quick and easy access from the interstate.
• My room didn't have any hot water.

“The hotel was extremely clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. I liked the fact that the hotel is 100% smoke free. The guest room was comfortable with many nice features like free internet service and a flat screen HD plasma TV. The blinds blocked out all of the light which is great for a person like myself who works nights and has to sleep during the daylight hours.”

• Cannot close window curtain.

“Room accommodation was tops except for the fact that the curtain could be closed by design. Outside security light shined inside all night. Like trying to sleep with a big light on.”

• Great location, easy to access from highway and beautiful suites.
• There are no vending machines on each floor, just ice.

“I would highly recommend this hotel and I am planning on staying there again. It was great with the small living room area separate from the bedroom so that you could watch TV and relax and not lie in bed all night. however, the hotel did give another couple our room number, so they were trying to get into our room at 12:30 thinking that it was their room. Other than that, it was great.”

• The breakfast was included in the price and the location suited us perfectly.
• I had to switch rooms because the bed looked slept in. The mattress pad and sheets were messed up.

“The hotel was good, but I was upset that the room we were assigned looked used prior to us taking the room. The staff was wonderful about switching our room and we ended up having a wonderful time with our family there. What a great breakfast they supplied. My family was very impressed and they felt this was one of the best places we stayed on our 4 day trip.”

• Staff friendly clean and location great.
• A few days room was not done.

“Hotel was good. We had to move into another room after 1st night there was an ant problem in the room we were given. They were very nice and took care of it--no problem. One day left do not disturb sign on and room was not done fine but the next day went out for about 3 hours in morning came back room not done left again came back at night room not done.”

• It was wonderful.
• The Springhill suites in ma. was just a little better.

“We liked it so much. This was wonderful. The free breakfast is an extra bonus with the great room price. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. I have never had a bad experience with the hotel. Thank you for another great vacation deal.”

• Terrible experience. toilet was broken and not fixed until after breakfast.
• We were promised manager would contact us about the toilet issue, but he / she never did.

“I actually called the hotel on September 17th, a month after my stay. I called to tell them that we were never contacted by the manager, even though we were promised we would be. I did not make a fuss when the toilet didn't work, but since no one ever contacted us, I am making one now. (not that it will help as the manager has not even had the courtesy to keep to his word) all we expected was an apology. Was not looking for anything more than that. I paid prime rate (107 dollars) for this hotel) and was helpless in my situation as the money was already paid. Best of luck to you. ”
