• It has room service.
• Carpet in room was filthy and smelly. Room reeked, too.

“Check-in takes an unusually long time, even with a verified reservation. I have stayed twice, and both times the rooms were smelly. Most recently, the carpet was filthy and smelly and the windows were filthy and a weather strip was stuck to the outside of one.”

• The location to where I was going.
• The ceiling was dropping paint and stucco onto the bed.

• Draft from window on cold night; noisy air circulating system.

“This hotel was fine for our 1-night stay. The room was generic, but comfortable and big enough for our 3-person family. We didn't have much reason to deal with the staff, but they were pleasant and cooperative when we did.”

• Great staff, very friendly. Excellent food. Everything you need in a hotel.
• Limited parking, but they will go out of their way to assist.

“We only stayed for 1 night, but I have to say this is one of the better hotels we have ever stayed in. Friendly staff, clean rooms, all the amenities. A very nice hotel in an area that has everything you need.”
