• Lots of room in the bathroom for toiletries.
• The blankets provided in lieu of the down comforter were worn and uncomfortable.

“Hotel staff was friendly and responded to any requests promptly. Rooms are clean with expected amenities.”

• Pool was not private.

“Room was very nice; we stayed in January and could not get the heat to stay on in the room. AC kept kicking on. Indoor pool is wide open; people walking by can see everything, not very warm.”

• Very clean room.
• Not the friendliest staff in the world.

“This hotel is definitely best for the business traveler. The room had very basic, utilitarian furniture and decor. It was very clean. The hotel staff wasn't the friendliest, to be honest, but they were efficient at least. The shower facilities were a little claustrophobic, so if you're a big guy, you might feel a bit cramped.”

• Very nice room, nice bedding, extremely clean.
• Bar was small for hotel this size.

“Great hotel in good location. Very clean and safe. Decent exercise equipment and indoor pool. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was very nice for the rating.”

• The room was very spacious.

“This Marriott was very clean, updated and the rooms were very large. The staff was prompt and courteous. The room-service was quick and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.”

• Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever!
• The in-room instant coffee was the worst I ever tasted.

“Very pleasant and attentive staff, terrific room with very comfortable beds, very cleans throughout. Food was great, too, although a bit overpriced.”

• Restaurant options were limited.

“Very good first impression at front desk, clean and attractive lobby. Pc/internet access was a convenient additional amenity. Bar/restaurant offered a managers reception - which was somewhat disappointing. Room was very comfortable, clean and attractively appointed.”

• Swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, and free breakfast.
• Need more food selections in restaurant.

“Love the rooms: plenty of space and cable TV. Kids really enjoyed the pool as they spent 8 hours swimming over the two days we were there. Restaurant juices (single serving containers) were either partially or totally frozen at breakfast, making them difficult to drink. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Telling my boss not to send me back there!
• The front desk staff and the cleanliness of my room.

“I actually was very surprised by the visit. Looking at the outside of the Courtyard you would think you would be going into a classy and friendly environment. When I walked into the door all I saw was the front desk girl kissing her boyfriend goodbye and it definitely was not a smooch. Then when I walked to the front desk she looked at me as if I were a ghost. No friendly welcome here. I must say I hope the manager does read these comments and try to fix the problem before more and more people start to complain about this. I wont mention any names but those people know who they are. The room was OK but around the tub wasn't clean and I found a receipt behind my side table that was dated 2 months before my stay. A bit more attention wouldn't hurt and I would think that Marriott as such a LARGE company, that they wouldn't let something like this happen. ”

• Conservation friendly - E.g.. bed linens were changed every three days.
• No free drinking water or complementary breakfast. Some hotels offer that.

• All staff was very courteous, quiet, clean, nice decor, good parking, location of pool.
• Would prefer menu at breakfast rather than buffet.
