• Friendly service/clean.
• The lost my request for 2 double beds.

“The hotel was cheery, bright and friendly. The customer service was very, very good. Rooms were clean and spacious. It was good all the way around.”

• It was quiet, close to interstate, good size room.
• Restraunt was not good. Food was cold.

“In Sheldon Conn. the Hilton Garden side was okay for a business trip as long as you fed your clients elsewhere.”

• Everything as great, but they did not say that continental breakfast was extra $8.95/person.

“They need to post that continental breakfast is extra at the breakfast bar and at check in.”

• It was under construction and in bad need of updating.

“The Hotel is currently under construction, making updates for which it needed. At the time of our stay the carpets were very dirty, the hotel had a foul odor, and the shower walls were cracked and molded.”

“The hotel staff was great at this location. I was treated the same as someone who had paid full price to stay at this hotel. I called and requested an early check in (1 pm) and they were more than happy to accommodate that request. The hotel is located directly across the street from an Outback Steakhouse, making this an ideal spot for me.”

• Stains on the carpet.

“Hotel was ideally located right off the highway. It was across the street from a Walgreens, Outback Steakhouse, and a few stores & restaurants. Staff at the front desk was awesome! Very friendly and super quick to check in. It was a 2 minute check in! The hotel room was a decent size with a refrigerator and a microwave in it. I was just not too crazy with the stains on the carpet otherwise it was very nice! They could upgrade their televisions as they were a bit small. Great hotel for the rate!”

• Miserably small, uncomfortable beds. Pool closed.

“This hotel was very clean and had a helpful staff. The location was perfect for my needs. Parking was free. The neighborhood was safe. Unfortunately, the double beds were so small that my wife and I were very uncomfortable all night long, and got a very poor nights sleep. Our son was very excited about going swimming, but when we got there we were told that the pool was closed, and would remain closed for a couple of months while they renovate. Personally, I felt that 2.5 stars was a little excessive, and that probably 2 stars would have been a more fair review of this hotel.”

• Coffee flavor was not good.

“Lobby coffee is so strong, it turns me into a soprano. Room coffee is not so bad. Hot water temperature fluctuates when taking shower.”

• It had a refrigerator and microwave.
• The pool area had very slippery tile. The tile on the area was not appropriate.

“This hotel is a convenient hotel due to its location. It offers convenient things inside the room like a refrigerator and a microwave, and of course a desk. Also other amenities that was nice like the exercise room and indoor pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with kids or without kids. It is good.”

• Location.
• Charged for an extra day and had to keep calling to correct it.

“The manager would tell me the overcharge for the day would be corrected and to call if it wasn't but he would never answer the phone or call me back. Finally, almost a month went by with continuous calls on the overcharge before it was credited back to my account. The manager still never called to mention anything on the delay or give me confirmation that he received any of my messages or if the credit was back to my account.”
