• The breakfast buffet was outstanding.
• It was difficult to obtain late night food in/out hotel.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were surprised that our breakfast was not included in our rate. If we had booked from Marriott then it would have been included. So when we got to breakfast we were a little shocked to find out otherwise.”

• The updated decor was nice.

• The rooms were nice.
• The restaurant was expensive. The food was overpriced. The food cost me more then the room.

• The hot tub need s work and the sauna needs to be reopened.

• A bit farther away from the city I originally requested.

• The rooms are fantastic!
• The service at the bar needs improvement. Lack of attention to the guest.

• The facilities are great.
• The staff is obviously accustomed to servicing a specific type of person. Diversity training should be on their to do list for their staff.

• The hotel staff was very professional and extremely helpful.
• I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“All hotel personnel we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. I will definitely stay at this location again and have already recommended it to friends.”

• Excellent customer service.
• Terrible (soft) mattress - we both had sore backs after our stay.

“Except for the too soft mattress, it was a great hotel. However, mattress quality is very important to a good night sleep.”

• Air conditioner in room very noisy and shower did not drain well.

• The bed was so comfortable. The furniture in the room was nice.
• No fridge or microwave in the rooms. If you requested one, there was no guarantee you would get one. The signs in the hallways were wrong.

“My hotel stay was great. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were crisp. The view was nice and it was relaxing. The only issues I had is they don't have rooms with a fridge & microwave. If you request one, there's no guarantee you'll get one. The hot tub looked like I hadn't been cleaned in a year. It would be nice if they updated the signs (that direct you to your room) in the hallways.”

• Cleanliness. Friendliness of staff. Helpful staff.
• Would prefer that you didn't have to ask for microwave and that it be included in all rooms. It didn't have brochures for immediate local attractions.

“The grounds were well kept as was the hotel. The parking areas were well lit. It was conveniently located to retail stores and eateries. I especially like the fact that it is a non-smoking facility!”

• They were doing construction in the rooms.
• It was noisy with staff on the 2nd floor in the early mornings.

“When they finish their renovations they will be great. However, one should be aware that with the room renovations going on, they are doing work in the mornings. So, if you wish to sleep late then do-not stay.”
