“The hotel was very nice, the beds were extra comfy and we enjoyed the flat screen TV. The restaurant/bar looked like a place I would like to try, and the outside patio/dining area was very inviting. Hopefully we'll get to try it on our next visit. It was worth the money for us, but I would not want to pay full rack price to stay there.”

“Hotel is very welcoming of families and conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, and touring. Being close to the highway, I expected it to be noisy, but was pleased to find it very well sound insulated.”

“This is a great place to stay for business or with family. They have a convenient location to I-89 and Rt2, with a free shuttle to downtown Burlington just a few miles away. The mall and restaurants are also just across the street. It is one of the nicest hotels in Burlington. The pool is nicely located in the indoor courtyard which houses the pub and restaurant. G's has a lovely Sunday brunch that we have enjoyed many times. It would be a good place for a wedding/convention as well.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Burlington. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The only strange thing to me was how the large picture window in the room opened to the common area and restaurant which meant that people dining could look right in your rooom if the drapes were open. The staff was fantastic and helpful!”

“Very nice hotel, right off the highway and central to everything in Burlington. 4 minutes drive to Church Street. Very nice pool and restaurant area. The only thing we didn't like was the $10 charge for internet (kind of stingy most places offer it for free). Otherwise very happy with the room and service.”

“The hotel is immediately off the highway with ample parking. The lobby and public areas are clean, attractive and well lit. The room was nice and came with a couch. Customer service treated us poorly when checking in and gave us a room very close to a highly trafficked main doorway. Our late check-out request was refused. College students use the hotel parking lot at night to access downtown Burlington and UMP. Customer who arrive back at the hotel after 10 will have to park extremely far back if there are any remaining spaces available. The hotel seemed aware of this issue but apparently doesn't view it with any level of importance. Generally having drunk college students roaming your parking lot at night would seem a bit worrisome.”

“The hotel was nice, but not what I would call 3 star. The toilet seat was all cracked. The bathroom was plain & older. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel map showed several areas to get soda or snacks but when you went to them there were not machines only ice. I walked to 4 locations to get a drink and could not get one. Finally at the front desk they sent me to one and guess what. It was empty. At this point it was after 11 and room service was over. They did give me a couple of small cups of soda, but they did not last long. then when I tried to call to get pillows because I was allergic to the ones in the room, nobody answered the phone. I had to get dressed and go to the front lobby and wait in line to ask for pillows, then wait for them to arrive. The morning staff at the hotel was very nice. we had a lovely breakfast at the hotel before we left. My two children even commented that they thought the hotel was supposed to be nicer and it stunk (my 10 year olds word).”

“Hotel room has no electrical facilities aside for a TV and a coffee machine which we had to move because it sat on the TV and there was no electricity socket near bye. no fridge, no micro. Even 2 star low level hotels have those!”

“The Sheraton Burlington in an attractive, well-decorated hotel, with a pool and two restaurants. It is convenient to major highways and only 1.5 miles from downtown Burlington, a healthful walk or you can ask them to take you in their shuttle if you don't have a car. The rooms are attractively decorated. The bathrooms have granite sinks. The staff is efficient and friendly. I had a great time at this hotel!”
