• Lobby is very nice. Beds and rooms
  were good.
• Bridgeport is not a good area.

“This was probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. (I travel frequently.) It is an oasis in the middle of a terrible area. Boarded up buildings all around. Bridgeport itself it quite industrial. I felt safe in the hotel and would recommend the hotel itself, but the area is not great. Did not see any restaurants near by and would not have ventured out on the sidewalk to look for one.”

• The location to the Bridgeport Ferry, also they had free computers accessible.
• I was not expecting to be in an unsafe location.

“The hotel had a great location in proximity to the Bridgeport Ferry. So, that was great for us. The parking was close by, but should be included in the fair. The room was clean. The hotel is presently under construction, but still fairly clean. The room was large and comfortable, but all the outlets on the right side of the bed did not work. Therefore neither did the lights, and clock plugged into them. There were charges mistakenly charged to my room, the hotel took care of it immediately. Overall a pleasant stay.”

• They were extremely quick to reply to my complaint and make it right.
• Found a old hamburger and garbage in dresser drawer.

“Upon beginning to unpack I found a old hamburger and garbage in the drawer. They were quick to help me move to a different room and also provided me with a refrigerator for the room.”

• The restaurant staff was friendly and kids 12 and under ate from the buffet for free.
• The sheets for the bed did not fit and were extremely uncomfortable.

“A little hard to find, but with a pool and buffet for children, still very nice for a family stay.”

• The cleanliness and overall appearance of the inside of the building.
• The town of Bridgeport was sketchy.

“The hotel itself was very nice-lots of safety features and tips in the building. I found the area to be a little unnerving and run-down. There were, however, numerous security guards patrolling the area around the hotel.”
