- The employee still was nice and accommodating.

- Room was clean, neighborhood was quiet
- Furnishings were worn, office closed at 11 which is too early for patrons attending local arts events at night.
“The Berkshire Inn is clean but furnishings are quite worn and the room we had, on the lower level, was damp despite the presence of a dehumidifyer. Hotels in the Berkshires should expect that their patrons are there to attend one of the many music, art or dance festivals in the area and keep their office open late enough to serve their needs. They are exceedingly overpriced even considering the desirable area.”
