• My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
• Very typical hotel-looking room and cramped bathroom.

“This was a one-night stop for me, and it met my expectations. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The sink was outside the bathroom, making the actual bathroom space extremely small. If I'm in the area again, I may stay there.”

• The fresh hot waffles at the breakfast bar.
• The crowded breakfast serving/seating areas.

“The internet connection here was unnecessarily restrictive, and kept require re-logins over and over. The management should get a new system administrator. Other hotels offering WiFi do not have these same problems. Get rid of the hacker who cobbled this thing together for you.”

“This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel and even though we were concerned about our room being right off the front desk we found that it was quiet and restful.”

• It was close to the airport in Albany. There was a nice restaurant near the road.
• Inconveniently small parking lot, outdoor only pool, no restaurant.

“Terribly small parking lot, outdoor pool it's Massachusetts for crying out loud, no restaurant, or room service. When calling downstairs, at times, no one answers the phone, early check-out time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
