• The spa.
• Dining, service, management.

“We stayed there this Thanks giving and we were a bit disappointed with the overall management of the facility. The room was pleasant, the spa was fabulous, and the place came short on its dining experience and room service. The following morning we headed for breakfast which was also included in our package and we were told it would be a few minutes before we are seated. After about 10 minutes we notice that the folks arriving after us are being seated and that we were somehow to give our name to the person also involved with clearing the tables. Needles to say at about 45 minutes of waiting we are seated for a buffet breakfast surrounded by empty tables that had not been cleared. A sign at the entrance for the breakfast to give your name to be seated would have been nice since we were not familiar with their set up. This was our first and last time we would be going to this hotel. Then upon returning to our room, the maid service was there cleaning as though we had checked out.”
