• The appearance as you enter.
• The movies were not functioning nor was the internet or the phone.

“All was good except not being able to check my emails and get my travel directions from the internet. The movies would have been nice to watch before bed but not that big of a deal. All else was good and they did send a person to the room ASAP when the phone wasn't working and he tried to fix it but we were getting ready and in a little hurry so we just told him to fix it for the next customer.”

• Rooms were larger than normal.
• Not having one of our three rooms ready until 9o minutes after check-in time.

• Very big rooms & free continental breakfast.
• The area around the hotel is industrial. You will need a car.

“Needed a room to attend a funeral in the area. This hotel was perfect. It was empty as I stayed on the weekend & this appears to be a business traveler hotel. Rooms were big with free breakfast & parking. No restaurant or bar, but plenty on delivery menus in room. You will need a car to get drinks & food to put in your in room refrigerator. Overall, a great value for the money.”

• Copier, fax, and pc access and very well equipped room.
• Beautiful bathroom had bad caulk job.

“Great location for highways and surface roads. Ample breakfast buffet. Clean public areas and rooms. Nice appointments too.”

• The staff provided any and all services over and beyond what was needed.
• We came when a Wedding was going to be held and a lot of children were running around, but was good.

“If you want to stay at a hotel witch in underrated and excels and the small things you will enjoy this hotel.”

• Fairly easy to deal with.
• Bad room housekeeping: soaking garbage left in non-smoking room.

“Convenient for those who need to be in the area: near 2 big highways. My room was not properly clean but that SEEMED to be a bit of an aberration. Continental breakfast was not ready at 7:00 as stated: an annoyance for those of us on a tight morning schedule.”

• The rooms are somewhat larger than other hotels I've been in for the price.
• Though a smoking room it reeked of nicotine.

“For hwy access the hotel is fine but for resort or leisure the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. the rooms are fairly large but the service is somewhat hit or miss.”
