“Loved the breakfast, not because its free, but because of the variety of stuff what was available, my favorite was the juice and fresh fruits. The rooms were ok, also their free shuttle from the hotel to the place of work and back was excellent and saved a lot of money in traveling and very convenient, the reception staff tripled up as drivers and later as waiter in their ADAM's rib restaurant. The only drawback was the Mexican staff who did not converse in English. Overall to good specially the cable TV.”

“I was very disappointed to find they DO NOT accept AAA cards for discounts. As I do at every hotel, I gave them my AAA card when I checked out and paid my bill. They first of all said it was expired. Instead of taking it upon themselves to call AAA when I told them it wasn't I had to almost beg the girl behind the desk to pick up the phone. She was very disgusted and not in the least bit helpful. I have been a AAA member since 1992 and I knew my card was not expired. When she found out it wasn't expired she still only gave me credit for one night instead of all three nights we stayed. That amounted to $40.00 extra per night. As far as I am concerned they stole $80.00 from me. I was advised by the people we met with in CT. before we came, to stay someplace else. I now wish I had heeded their advice. It was worth far more to me than the $80.00 the hotel stole from me. The ONLY way any of us would stay there in the future is on the vague chance that they would attempt to make things right with. Fat chance! ”
