• Came in on red eye and they accommodated us with a room asap. Friendly staff, excellent follow-up. Had all the extra touches.

“Excellent service. We ordered room service, and got a call to follow up on the quality of the order. The day before we checked out, they called to confirm. When I come back to the area I will definitely want to stay here.”

• Helpful staff - very friendly -clean hotel.

“I found the front desk staff very helpful - we were early but they accommodated us immediately with the room we needed. We needed two beds and they helped us out. We were there for a very short stay but would definitely stay again. Clean and comfortable and quiet.”

“I would recommend this hotel. It has an interesting / fun layout. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The staff is very responsive and friendly. I stay in a lot of hotels and I would consider this a very nice one.”

• it was clean and neat
• the pool didn't open until 10:00 on Saturday and I would have like to swim around 8:00 o'clock before we had to leave at 11:0

• Noisy air conditioning system in public places.

• Very clean.
• The pool was not working and you were able to hear everything in the hallway all night long!

“Very clean hotel, lovely staff always saying hello and good bye, but they need to sound proof the doors in the rooms better! I was able to hear everyone slamming their doors at night and talking in the hallway. The bed, it was amazing, that's all I can say! I would stay there again if I had too!”

• Clean, well kept, friendly and accommodating.
• Rooms located facing the bar and lobby area are noisy especially when there are people drinking and celebrating until all hours of the night.

“Overall the hotel was nice and I would return but I would ask for an outside room not those looking down into the lobby and bar area.”

• Quality of room was excellent.
• Location - it was out the way and nothing was nearby.

“Staff was very accommodating and the room was excellent. Nice executive lounge. Hotel in good location if you are on business associated with one of the nearby companies. However, if you are not on business, the lack of area amenities is troublesome.”

• Extremely helpful as we had a wedding and it was pouring and they gave us all umbrellas.
• Restaurants close to early.

• Taxi service they used overcharged. Not their fault, but really annoying ($50 for a $20 ride as I found out).

• The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.
• There was no refrigerator in the room so we had to throw away our "to go" boxes we had brought back from eating out.
