• Room very comfortable - pool excellent.
• Nothing I did not like.

“Was conveniently located for my trip. Beds and room very comfortable. Kids loved being able to go for a swim. Complimentary coffee, etc in lobby was much appreciated. Would stay again.”

• Immaculately clean rooms.
• Printer in business center didn't work.

“This was one of the cleanest hotels in which I have ever stayed. The staff was professional, personable and were able to "hit the Nail on the head" when I asked for dinner recommendations every time. From the front desk staff, dining staff and housekeeping all were friendly and appeared happy to fulfill whichever request I asked of them. This was such a pleasant stay, I almost wished I could stay longer and would definitely stay here again when next in the Norwalk area. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Clean rooms, nice bathroom, and friendly staff.
• Cigarette odor on carpets.

“Beds were great, nice TV, great bathroom, easy check in-out, friendly staff, free breakfast (average) but ok, would stay again, easy access to I-95, stay with my daughter and was perfect”

• I liked the lobby with its televisions and fireplaces. I also liked the feel and cleanliness of the room.
• There is nothing I did not like.

• Clean, helpful staff, warm indoor pool, nice list of amenities.
• Wireless-B only, needs separate dining room not visible from lobby.

“Stayed one night with my girlfriend. Check in was quick and simple. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well ventilated. Hot pool was a big plus. Ice machine was a hassle to get to though. Wireless network runs only at B speeds. Air conditioner was kind of loud. Nothing in fitness room but a few treadmills and free weights.”

• I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the prompt attention to the guests issues.
• The pillows for the bed were a bit smelly, maybe it time they replace them.

• The maintenance staff gave us a jump start when our battery died!
• May be my "neighbor" or thin walls. I got a phone call that my TV was too loud.

“I would highly recommend it to visitors. The breakfast was convenient and very reasonably priced.”
