• The staff was very concerned about my comfort.
• There was no real bar area.

“It is quite adequate and moderately priced for a frequent traveler to Fairfield county. I will stay there again in the future.”

• Cleanliness, location, quietness.
• Not a hotel person, prefer resorts.

“We do own timeshare. Not a hotel person, but this hotel was up to par. Everything was in order and very pleasant. Staff was exceptionally helpful and prompt”

• I liked the coffee in the lobby, the Internet access in the lobby and the updated rooms.
• The pool is overly chlorinated to the point of being unusable.

“The newly decorated rooms are pleasant. The new bedding felt great. Before the update the hotel was showing its age. The fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day is wonderful. The Internet access from the lobby computers was great for someone like me who was traveling to visit relatives and did not bring my own laptop. The exercise room is small but adequate. The staff was friendly. The breakfast in the lobby continues to be good, but overpriced and therefore not family friendly.”
