• I loved the location. It was right off of the Merrit Parkway, which is very convenient.
• I did not like that they do not provide shampoo in the rooms.

“I requested room refresh on two difference occasions for my 2nd day there. I did not get it. I reported it to the front desk. They admitted the oversight, but did nothing to fix the problem, except offer me clean towels! I also did not get my wake up call the first day. I filed a complaint with management. They called and offered credit for a one night stay at any of their hotels. I have not received it yet and really do not care if I do. I am not happy with Extended Stay Hotels.”

• The room was clean.
• Terrible bed.

“The bed was absolutely terrible. So soft and stinky and saggy. I am a business traveler with my husband and child. The room had one queen. I asked to be switched to a room with 2 beds. Person at desk said they were full and couldn't change us. It was only 1/4 full that night. front desk person should be honest. I hope to never stay here again.”

• The thing I like best is the fact that they have a refrigerator, microwave and eating area in the room.

• No day to day housekeeping so the floors in the kitchen and bathroom dirtied easily.

• Found a food package under the bed - gross!

• Very convenient location for our needs, having the kitchen is great.
• We have stayed there before, and they never provide shampoo.

“This is a very utilitarian hotel for business or extended stay customers, the amenities are sparse, but there is a kitchen which I like. The staff is efficient, friendly and helpful.”

• Location near highway.
• Dirty, no coffee ,nobody at desk, no sundries, not enough dishes.

“Needs to be cleaned up and spruced up. Location is just off the Merritt Highway which is great. Other than that it has not much good about it. A really low budget hotel. At least it should be clean and have a continental breakfast! I will avoid it in the future if I can.”

• Very well-insulated, excellent quiet temp control, great closest.
• Kitchen too big for living area, making for a cramped room.

“Great location just off the Merritt Parkway, impressive well-landscaped approach, but with no staff on premises overnight it's a little scary for leisure travelers. Rooms are cramped and Spartan but beds are comfortable, and there's a full equipped kitchen. Good value for the price.”

• Excellent location for Merritt Pkwy, Rt 7 & I 95. Felt secure in this location. Room had all amenities for a traveler, Fridge, microwave, sink, & stove.
• Not booking this one first.
