• The pool was clean and private.
• Is located next to an off track betting location.

“The personnel were friendly and helpful. The restaurant breakfast buffet was great, and the bed linens were luxurious.”

• The king sized bed & fluffy pillows were wonderful.
• For the amount, I expected a suite rather than a small room.

“The hotel and room were very lovely overall, with excellent amenities. However the room was much smaller. The staff was welcoming and helpful.”

• Very easy to find.
• Non-smoking hotel - why are the only ashtrays by the entrance? Put a few benches out, away from the path of non-smokers!

“Nice and comfortable. Very good beds, and good bath products and shower. Free bottle of water - how crazy is that? We came in, slept all day, and were out all night. The blackout curtains were great.”

• High ceilings, modern decor, pleasant staff.
• Entrance is ON the exit ramp. VERY easy to miss, No pleasant views.

“The room was nice, the decor very pleasant. The restaurant staff was very accommodating. I'd stay again if I go to Long Island.”

• Only offer one bottle of water for two bed room.

“It is not cheap to stay here. However, it is good, clean and nice. Just one thing to complain with is that only one bottle of water in a two bed room. Even it is a Poland spring water, a nice brand of water you can find in east coast which like Arrowhead in west coast. Overall, it is good though.”

• I liked the vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, fridge.
• It smelled strange, the TV's lowest setting was too loud, had to sign a non-smoking waiver which I thought was kind of insulting, very ugly building.

“The hotel is not very attractive on the outside, but is better on the inside. The first floor rooms are below the lobby level. The continental breakfast is $10. All guests must sign a waiver saying they will pay $200 if the room smells of smoke after they leave. This isn't much of a warm welcome. The vaulted ceilings are nice. The irons are old and leak all over whatever you're ironing.”

• The hotel was very clean and the staff were very courteous and friendly.

“The hotel and the accommodations were very nice and very family friendly. We stayed with our 10 yr. Old and 14 month old and the room was spacious and we did not feel overcrowded at all. I highly recommend this place.”

• Hotel was very clean and the rooms were kept like they were new. Very clean and very nice.
• By the highway.

“Very nicely done especially for the prices. The rooms are very nice and kept very clean. The staff was very courteous and the there is a cute little bar downstairs that is kept very nice. We had a wonderful stay here.”

• Very clean and modern.
• No swimming pool (indoors).

“Normally the Sheraton have really good beds, but the second room I booked there had saggy beds. The restaurant and bar area was not to the normal standards of a Sheraton. I felt I was in more of a Comfort Inn. Still nice, but not 3 star.”

• The beds were to die for. Sometimes I do not even want to leave the room.
• There were no instructions on how to operate the AC/Heat.

“I was very impressed with Four Points. They even offered to help with the bags to our room. I was very pleased and surprise when the front desk remembered the room we were in upon check out.”

• Cleanliness, ease of change to reservations.
• Off an odd exit, but can't be helped.

“Very clean and bright. Super quiet! Staff was friendly and all requests were met quickly (i.e. toothpaste request, room service). Housekeeping came very early to my floor, but were polite when I asked them to return later.”

• The beds.
• Ice machines are hidden behind a door so it took a minute to find it!

“This hotel is only 2 stories high. The stairways were curved making it fun to walk instead of taking the elevator. Nice, comfy, cozy beds. Fridge and micro are always a plus in a room. Newly remodeled. Ice and vending machines hidden behind a door. No problems would look forward to staying here again. Plenty of parking, easy on off highway, hotel is next to a gas station and a steak house, but far enough away so it's not noisy. Desk clerk was pleasant, kind and very helpful.”

• Expensive breakfast could have at least had coffee in lobby in the morning.

“The hotel didn't look like much from the outside, but was very nice inside. The rooms had everything that we needed in them, including comfortable beds. Computers and printers were an added plus.”

“The hotel was fine, Directions very poor even after we called lost. Air conditioner was not explained. The controls on the unit were bypassed and no notification was given.”

• Superbly courteous staff.
• Commercial/light industrial location.

“Free internet and computer/printer in the lobby, very nice bedding & bath. Mini fridge & microwave helpful for longer stays. Free parking. Kids and wedding party guests a little noisy in the hallway. A car is necessary because the train stations are about four-five miles away.”

“Really nice hotel, looks like it was recently renovated since everything looks new. Comfortable, quiet rooms that are extremely clean. Easy access to the interstate makes it really easy to find and come and go from.”

• The rooms were spacious and updated. Nice decor.
• The hotel staff did not make any effort to be friendly.

“I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is right off the highway and the rooms were great. The shampoo, conditioner (etc.) are quality products. They offer a free bottle of water for the room (most hotels charge $3 for their bottled water.) To a traveler, it's the little touches that make a huge difference.”

• Large and comfortable room.
• Room a little bit dark, lower level near pool. As it was off season, being so near pool was not problem, but in season, not private enough and noisy.

“The hotel was a somewhat generic nice hotel. It was convenient and clean, the room was huge and comfortable. I spent very little time there so cannot fairly rate any extra services, facilities.”
