  was very courteous.

“Mariott does a great job with the Summerhill flag, at least in Danbury. Staff are trained to be very polite. The maid even asked me if I needed anything extra, and I said I'd like some more of the nice soaps and lotions, and she left several. I think I got an ear infection from the hot pool. Advice to fellow travelers, avoid them if there are lots of kids around.”

• The friendliness of all the staff.
• The spa pool was too hot and the TV too complicated to be entertaining.

“This is an excellent hotel at 2.5 stars. The full breakfast buffet was a surprise. The in room amenities as well as the exercise area were very clean and comfortable.”

• The location was great and the breakfast was nice.
• The room was small for a suite and the mattresses were soft.

“I was a little disappointed because of the room size, I expected more it was cramped. The woman who checked us into the hotel was awesome! Very accommodating, they let us check out late too.”
