• Liked the location.
• Did not like the not friendly staff and light build missing in room.

“The hotel lobby was wonderful, free cookies were great! The room was great until we noticed a light bulb in a lamp missing and the windows opened but there were no screens so we could not open the windows. Also there was a sleep number bed that had no controls and on the bed were ripped sheets. One of the room darkening shades fell off of the shade rails.”

• Had warm cookies every evening.
• Breakfast not included in price.

“Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, free use of business room and computer. Great to relax in the pool, hot tub or workout in the fitness room. Warm and great tasting cookies at the front desk in the evening. My kids looked forward to that as we stayed there four nights.”

• Very comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, etc.
• Can not think of anything!

• Modern amenities, great location for my needs and very clean.
• Room service was only available for dinner meals.

• It made me remember why I prefer the Hilton chain.
• They put a deposit against my cc they have not removed.

“Staff helpful, but not the extra-mile type. I'm still upset that 4 days later there is still a pending charge against my credit card that they placed on it at check in that I didn't use. It should have been reversed upon checkout.”
