“ Had a question about parking fees, got automaton response from desk clerk, asked to speak to manager, got exactly same automaton response then spoke to manager, next morning got same automaton response - no explanation just the statement that everybody does it this way, except that when I looked at other hotels in the area, only Marriott charges this ridiculous amount for parking and another ridiculous amount for internet access that is slow and spotty anyway; pool area under construction, health club in a meeting room and not very good for working out, staff dumber than dumb and pretty proud of it. ”

“The hotel is extremely well located for I-95 travelers. It is very nicely appointed with towels, bathroom amenities, etc. The decor is updated and there is a very nice, clean feeling overall about the hotel.”

“ The room is clean and spacious for 4 of us. It was quite until some guests next door checked in at midnight. They talked very loud and the wall's sound proof was not good. We called the operator and it was taken care really fast. The location is convenient to the train station (shuttle service available) and dining. But the swimming pool is not good for family fun. It is small and the water is cold. ”

“Excellent stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy check in/out. I would recommend to leisure or business traveler. Loved the view from the 10th floor over the bay area. Bed was a little soft, but comfortable.”

“This is a hotel that is clearly designed for conferences, weddings and proms (without very much charm). I was impressed with the array of input jacks for the flat panel TV, to connect video devices and computers to the TV in the room. I ordered room service and was quoted 40 minutes, but the order came in 15 (perhaps the hotel was empty).”
