• it didn't burn down while I was in it It didn't burn down while I was in it.
• Staff, facilities under construction, ridiculous overcharges for internet and parking, plumbing noises in my room.

“ Had a question about parking fees, got automaton response from desk clerk, asked to speak to manager, got exactly same automaton response then spoke to manager, next morning got same automaton response - no explanation just the statement that everybody does it this way, except that when I looked at other hotels in the area, only Marriott charges this ridiculous amount for parking and another ridiculous amount for internet access that is slow and spotty anyway; pool area under construction, health club in a meeting room and not very good for working out, staff dumber than dumb and pretty proud of it. ”

“The hotel is extremely well located for I-95 travelers. It is very nicely appointed with towels, bathroom amenities, etc. The decor is updated and there is a very nice, clean feeling overall about the hotel.”

• Clean and spacious and good location.
• Poor swimming pool facility.

“ The room is clean and spacious for 4 of us. It was quite until some guests next door checked in at midnight. They talked very loud and the wall's sound proof was not good. We called the operator and it was taken care really fast. The location is convenient to the train station (shuttle service available) and dining. But the swimming pool is not good for family fun. It is small and the water is cold. ”

“We loved this room. We only stayed one night, but loved the bed so much, we didn't want to get up. Everything was lovely with many little extras that made our stay so enjoyable.”

• Friendly staff, great location, and very nice room.
• Menu was a bit pricey at hotel dining locations.

“Excellent stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy check in/out. I would recommend to leisure or business traveler. Loved the view from the 10th floor over the bay area. Bed was a little soft, but comfortable.”

• Besides the price being an excellent deal, the room was spacious, tastefully decorated and the bathroom was spacious and had two shower heads.
• The exercise room was temporarily moved to lower level of hotel next to catering area. Wouldn't have felt safe utilizing it at night.

“I loved this hotel. I was only in town for a night to go to event and visit family. Would definitely stay there next time I visit.”

• Questionable security from the parking garage to hotel and to exit the garage.

• Fabulous linens and bed. Very upscale bath and shower.
• Charge for parking and confusing entrance and exit. I hate the Marriott hold on debit cards for days.

“If you can get this at a greatly reduced price on the weekend, like I did, jump. It is a recently renovated Marriott with wonderful rooms, and a spa downstairs.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• It was a business oriented hotel that lacked warmth or personality.

“This is a hotel that is clearly designed for conferences, weddings and proms (without very much charm). I was impressed with the array of input jacks for the flat panel TV, to connect video devices and computers to the TV in the room. I ordered room service and was quoted 40 minutes, but the order came in 15 (perhaps the hotel was empty).”
