• They had nice beds.
• Indoor pool, not a pool but bath tub with only 4 people at a time can fit.

“Well we went with 2 kids and the indoor pool should not be called an indoor pool but a bath tub, it says only 12 people at once I don't think so may be 3 at a time. It says you can have a continental breakfast, but that is not true, you have to pay, okay. It was only $4.99 each person but still I have to say the staff at the front desk were very nice.”

• Closeness to a lot of different things and attractions.

“The hotel was rather nice, it wasn't as noisy as the last time we stayed there a couple years ago, but you could hear a lot, that would be my only complaint but overall it was very good.”

• The room was too small, no gym.

“Location and the price was good, I would recommend it for a family visit. The staff seems to go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.”

• No microwave in room.

• Cute setting some staff was very helpful.
• Rooms need a little talk and a little on the expensive side for room.

“Staff was great and very informative. Small indoor pool but who wants to swim inside when it is 80 degrees out side.”

• Room nicer than expected, friendly staff, nice dinner show.

“Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and quality of the room and hotel. The staff was really helpful and very friendly. My only complaints were the indoor heated pool was too small and not heated very well and the drinks at the dinner show were way overpriced!”

• I liked the location.
• There were bugs in the bed that bit us all night; I got rashes for next 5 days.

“The room looked okay but there was no mirror in the bathroom. Awfully, there were bugs in the bed those bit us all night and I got ugly rashes the next morning. I didnt have time to bring this to the hotel staff since I was in a hurry. The stay was pathetic. I will advise my colleagues and friends to steer clear of Howard Johnson.”

• Location.
• hot tub wasn't functioning properly, indoor pool was way too small.

“The indoor pool was no larger than 8x20 and looked filthy. I wasn't about to get in it and find out if it was. I have swam in lakes that looked cleaner. The heart shaped tub was nice, but the jets on the one side didn't work. The "suite" as they called it cost me $172 per night, it was no bigger than a normal hotel room. Very cramped with useless furniture. Staff working were outside smoking cigarettes in public areas and swearing loudly. Not a pleasant stay. I've stayed in campgrounds that were nicer.”
