The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.
There were lobby renovations occurring that made it difficult to walk through the hotel.

Leaving.
The room was dirty/bathroom was very dirty.

“All they had were smoking rooms/they were very dirty and smelled/bathroom had hairs on floor in tub etc. Dirty mirrors. Would never stay there again.”

Staff was helpful in giving directions.
Could not find anything wrong.

“The hotel was in a good location for the Duplicate Bridge Tournament which was at the Saratoga Convention Center. The price of the Hilton Garden Inn was $10 per night less and had all the features we look for when traveling to Bridge Tournaments on the East Coast.”
