“Linen service is only when requested. Bed was uncomfortable. The room was sufficient. Good for an inexpensive way to travel.”

“Nice big room with kitchen. Clean bathroom. However, no daily maid service. Dirty and dinghy parking garage which seems unsafe at night. Hallways not cleaned daily.”

• The room was sufficient and one staff member in particular was very accommodating during my child's illness.
• The location, how to enter from the highway.

• Every thing, Hotel staff were rude, Beds Were Hard as a rock etc.

“Getting from the parking garage to the hotel building itself was inconvenient at best. We had to take an elevator to ground level, go outside and down the building to the entrance, then take another elevator up to the 4th floor. Awkward at best, and it was raining. Garage had many "lurkers" sitting in cars for some reason, at all hours day and night. The staff that we met were beyond friendly and helpful, especially "Sammy".”

“The basic, rooms cleaned semi daily. I walked 3 blocks under the overpass to the Marriott where a lot of my other friends stayed. I spent the money I saved on massage. Aloha.”

“After staying next door at the Hampton inn this was a change for me although I loved the idea of a kitchenette the hampton's bed were more comfortable needless to say the staff was pleasant throughout which made the experience there better.”

• Good price, mini kitchen, great location.
• Not very nice inside, very basic, no amenities, cheap keys.

“Ok, but very, very basic. The location is excellent and the kitchen is helpful, but the lack of closets and econ-feeling make it not great. Fine for a true, cheap "extended stay," but go for something nicer for any kind of vacation (like Courtyard or Marriot up the street).”

“This is a decent hotel. Free parking in the back. No breakfast or pool, but you get a kitchen and frig. Bed is pretty uncomfortable.”

• The key did not work; staff did not get it repaired as promised.

“The hotel room was clean and well equipped. However, the staff did not follow through with a repair for the key to the door. The compressor from the refrigerator was too loud.”

• Difficult to locate via map quest & gaps.

“The hotel was clean, comfortable. The only issue is that the address is incorrect, according to the staff. The address, on map quest & gaps is a vacant lot.”

• Everything we needed was in our room it was like a kitchenette apartment.
• Had no complaints.

“The hotel was nice and the staff was very accommodating. The location was close to the highway so we could go visit family in different parts of the city. Also liked the quite and peaceful atmosphere.”

• Extremely accommodating, centrally located, felt like a home away from home.
• Air fresheners and or better ventilation for smoking floor.

“I was seriously surprised when I received this option and at first was a little panicked at Priceline's choice. Once again Priceline found me a Diamond I didn't know existed near by, I was ready to move in staff was courteous but not intrusive, great place for a business traveler that needs to focus and get work done. Kitchenette comes stocked with all your needs and I was also comped a free night due to smoke alarm awakening the building at 7 am. ”
