• Beds were very comfortable.
• Alarm went off at 6 am but we hadn't set it.

• Nice room, great value for the money.
• Business center is a joke, no, make that non-existent.

“Nice hotel with a reasonably good staff. Bring your own computer or you're sunk! Business center is a disused room with one locked computer and no label on the door. You can only use pay computers on first floor. Computers in lobby are used by surfers that never leave.”

• Service was lacking. Misinformation, confusion, lack of enthusiasm in customer relations.

• No local TV channels.

• The fresh baked cookies by the elevators were a nice touch after a long day.
• TV quality was terrible. Sound (voice) did not match action.

“Overall, it was a very nice experience. However, on checkout, the clerk did not appear to know what he was doing. I asked for an updated bill, and he went back and forth between computers and ended up printing bills for every room. I had to wait until my room number printed up.”

• Location Proximity to 87 and 287 and Tarrytown.
• Lack of signage and directions on the corridors to the elevator.

• Very close to New York City and train station.
• We found tissue under one of the beds that was not ours.

“Beautiful pool with indoor balcony outside of our room. Nice fitness area. Food was excellent at the restaurant. Location of hotel near train station to get to New York City.”

• 100% no smoking, had to go outside. did not know this beforehand.

“Excellent location, staff and accommodations. Lobby had free access to computers to check email. Inside/outside pool was especially nice.”

• The front desk staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to please me.
• All was great.

• The bed was incredibly comfortable.
• There seemed to be a moldy smell in the room.

“Easy to find, this hotel had ample parking and a friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the convenience to my business plans and to the expressways. Great breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. My only problem was with the smell of the room.”
