• Great professional yet personable staff. clean room and ultra comfortable bed.

“I was greeted and felt welcome, they uphold the value and meaning of customer service. The manager helped me with my luggage, the room was large and comfortable, flat screen TV, large plush bed, clean bathroom.”

• The bed was comfortable.

“The first two room were next to ballrooms where conferences were scheduled until 10:30 at night. What surprised me was the lack of attention by the first front desk person I spoke with. I explained that I was up since 3 am and needed a quite room. I was annoyed when the second room was at the opposite end of the hallway next to another ballroom with a late ending conference. The third try was a success.”

• Beautiful lobby, comfortable bed.
• Non smoking, large stain on the carpet in our room. No mini-fridge, ice maker in hall was broken.

“There was no mini-fridge in the room. Large stain on the carpet in our room. Hotel is not smoker-friendly. There is only one area people are allowed to smoke, and it's across the driveway from the front desk. This is a very long walk from the room, and the smokers are all standing outside by the doors, so non-smokers have to walk through a cloud of smoke anyway. It's not convieneint for anyone. It would have been much better if the rooms had balconies.”

• The mattresses were way to soft, and the bathroom was too small.

“It was a beautiful hotel and located perfect for us. I thought the mattress was way to soft. The bathroom could have been bigger and should have a fan in it to help with odors.”

• Nice room, great value for the money.
• Business center is a joke, no, make that non-existent.

“Nice hotel with a reasonably good staff. Bring your own computer or you're sunk! Business center is a disused room with one locked computer and no label on the door. You can only use pay computers on first floor. Computers in lobby are used by surfers that never leave.”
