• Hotel had a convenient location.

“There were two buildings on the property one was a hotel which I thought I was going to be staying in, but we ended up in the motel. When we asked about the hotel we were told it was a $40 up charge. I was extremely disappointed.”

• Indoor pool and complimentary breakfast.
• Rooms were small and few electrical outlets, no desk.

“For a one night stay it was quite nice. Other than the indoor pool there wasn't anything for small kids to do.”

• Please. It's a Comfort Inn.
• Would not provide me a receipt.

“The hotel being a standard Comfort Inn, I was not provided with a receipt as most hotels give. I never thought of printing your confirmation as I never used you before. The desk person gave me the usual " sorry about that". I must now try to contact you and spend my time trying to get you folks to send me a receipt.”
