• Hotel is close to highway.
• Rooms are not clean and staff was ignorant.

“This is the worst hotel in Tarrytown, NY. My experience was terrible. The rooms are infested bugs in the beds and walls! And there was hair in the bathtub. When these issues were brought to the staff (especially manager), their response was very ignorant and careless. Why should anyone pay to stay here? There are other hotels in the area with better staff and better rooms. Please don't waste your time and money here. You can't trust the staff, or rooms to be clean, can you trust yourself to eat the breakfast? This hotel is close to the highway, stay here only if it's your last option in town and you are desperate.”

• Great breakfast, friendly staff.
• Staff didn't clean our room or give fresh towels and pool was murky!

“The rooms were very clean but we didn't get the cleaning service when we were away. We came back to the hotel and our bed wasn't made and we had no fresh towels. They hadn't been there. The pool was very dirty looking and murky. We were looking forward to a nice swim but there was no way I was getting in. No hot water available one morning. Staff seemed very friendly. Our bathroom light was burned out and the staff person was very quick to fix it. Breakfast was great!”

• I prefer more protein for breakfast and there were many crab choices.

“For my purposes, a short trip into NY for a family event, the hotel was perfect. I especially enjoyed the Wi-Fi availability at the front desk.”

• The staff was really presentable and well dressed, facilities were great, location superb and breakfast was just amazing.
• For now dont have anything bad to say, it was just too perfect.

“Best place to relax and good for stress removal due to the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Staff very friendly, cleans and well kept hotel rooms and facilities. A true Marriott hotel cheers guys.”

• I was very impressed with the wonderful breakfast. A large menu and cartons available to transport food to room.
• Wished they had a dinning area.

“I would recommend this hotel to colleagues and friends. The rooms were well designed and ample. The breakfast bar was fully ready at 6:30am when it opened. I was able to eat a nourishing breakfast before I left at 6:45 am. I appreciated the fresh fruit, you gut, skim milk and hot oatmeal.”
