• Helpful staff.
• The hotel is not responsible for incidents that occur on their property and no security.

“I will not stay at this hotel again since I was burglarized and Marriott did not assist me. Someone stole all four wheels and tires from my vehicle and Marriott did not take any ownership of the incident and they referred me to the signage in their parking lot that says I parked at my own risk.”

• Coffee machine in room didn't work. No ashtray on porch.

• The cookies.
• The laundry was pretty far away.

“The hotel is tucked away in a pretty location. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We wound up in a handicapped room for some unknown reason. The mattress was not the same size as the platform underneath and we had mattress issues. Overall it was fine for our purposes.”

• Hampton Inn includes great breakfast buffet for same price.

• Internet was free.
• Bathroom was gross, and the housekeeping was invasive.

“Housekeepers were rude enough to call a couple of times while I was sleeping to check if I was still in the room after knocking several times and being told to go away. For the overly high price, let me sleep in peace.”

• Quiet, out of the way, has a balcony to relax on from the room.
• It did not have a refrigerator nor a mw in room. Air condition/heater very noisy.

“This is the second time staying at this hotel in a four month period. Both time there were a few unpleasant occurrence with the staff that for the most did not ruin our vacation or our stay at the hotel. I made us more aware of what to expect if we should decide to stay again. We like the out of the way location, very quiet, yet close enough to drive to shopping areas (White Plains) and the train station.”

• Asked for a king bed when reserving the room. Was given 2 queens. Had to make a fuss at check in.

• The property is wooded and has a nice feel driving up to it.

“This was a great find - very easy drive to Yonkers and a great hotel. The topper was the sliding door and private patio outside my room.”

• Very nice lobby and lounge area including large TV.

“Courtyard is a great place to stay in the White Plains area. It's very private and quiet. The rooms are beautiful and mine had a sliding door access to private patio.”

• Staff was very helpful and courteous. Called after we arrived to check on us.
• Breakfast buffet was not complimentary with room.

“Room was excellent, plenty of space for business travelers to work. Convenient location, near thruway, Tappan Zee bridge, rail line to NYC. Short drive required to get to restaurants. Overall I would recommend this as a good place to stay when visiting the area.”

• Comfortable room, helpful staff.
• Hallways were very cold. Hotel was a little out of the way.

“The hotel was very nice, with a comfortable bed, a sofa bed and plenty of fluffy pillows. The indoor pool was a nice extra, with a spa and fitness room. We enjoyed the spa although the pool was a little chilly for my liking. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet, although we did not eat there.”

• They had a beautiful inner court yard.
• Ice machine on my floor ran out of ice.

• Courtyard Marriott transferred us to Westchester Marriott due to a hot water problem. They took card of everything professionally and we had a nice stay.
• There could have been one brighter light in the bathroom for make-up.

“This is a nice family or business hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom was very nice and new with a tub sufficient to use for a bath. The restaurant was good with a decent variety of food options which is good since there was nothing else in the near vicinity. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, definitely a big plus. The local taxi service was always available just outside whenever we needed.”
