• Breakfast was acceptable.
• Web access is 9.95 and i could not log on.

“The hotel that time forgot. this place fine for an overnight stay. I am generally not very picky. but, the fact that there is a charge for web access in this level hotel is ridiculous. In addition to that the fact that I received a message that "there are to many subscribers already logged in" pretty much meant that I could not wrap up my business day.”

• The staff was helpful and friendly.
• The room did not have a refrigerator.

• I got to check out!
• I had to check in!

“Good grief. It's next to a freeway. Add thin walls and thin windows and there is a recipe for no sleep. I heard every siren, drag race, and dump truck. I had to ask for another room after getting one hour of sleep the entire night. Kind of a shady (not so great) area. The staff was cold and not very friendly. They seemed to be bothered by you when you approached. When they finally changed our room, we got a room half the size of our first. Hotel was not very clean and does not have any ramps to roll up your luggage to lobby. There was one vending machine with old food. Our bathroom was the size of a portable outhouse. It was not close to the train station or any tourist attractions. The walls are paper thin. Someone in another room had their TV blaring all night and people were talking loud in the halls around 4:00am. The staff didn't offer a discount or comp me a room due to the noise. There was no noise control or any security. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I love New York, but I will never return to Yonkers or that hotel. Aside from that hotel, every establishment we used in that town had bad customer service. The cabs are also unmarked sedans/town cars which makes for a dangerous assumption that you are actually getting into a cab. You have to ask the driver and check for ID to be sure. Don't use this hotel. Try to visit another town nearby or at the most a more decent hotel, if there is one.”

• Location.
• Needed more pillows, towels, breakfast not up to par.

“I would not have very high expectations if you're planning to stay here. However, it seems they're trying to improve things.”

• When there was a problem with the reservations, the staff worked very hard to accommodate us.
• The heater did not work in one of our rooms.

• Beautifully decorated for Christmas.
• Could not get internet access to work, but did not try very hard.

“An excellent value through it for the location. Convenient to nay city. Located very close to two major highway entrances. Grocery store and other amenities close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet. Usable workout room in basement.”

• The Regency was centrally located, close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants etc. In addition, it was in a fairly decent area that I felt save in.
• One electrical plate was dangerously hanging off the wall that I did not feel comfortable with.

“You can see that the hotel has been around for quite sometime but, all in all, it was charming and for the most part quiet.”

• This hotel was conveniently located right off the highway and very presentable.
• I wish the rooms had one of those compact refrigerators and microwave oven.
