• Convenience and cleanliness
• Charging credit cards

“No issues whatsoever with my stay. However, upon checking in the hotel required that I give them a credit card in case I chose to partake in any incidentals (movies, bar, roomservice, etc). I did not use any extra services, but now find over $190 charged to my credit card from the hotel. After calling the manager, it was explained that $95.36 is charged automatically upon checking in. They said it would be removed from my credit card account, but two days later, the charges remain. In summary, nice hotel, but don't give them your credit card!”

• I liked the location and the lobby, staff was very courteous.
• I was disappointed with the restaurant. There was no visible staff when we arrived and we were left to our own devices.

“Overall the hotel was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful to us when we called for directions (3 times). She was patient and guided us right to the front door. I was very displeased with the restaurant during breakfast. There was no visible staff and we were confused as to whether we could order from a menu or if the buffet was our only choice. I had to ask for coffee, never got any water and we waited at least 20 minutes before our bill was processed.”

• I'm having a hard time finding something to say.
• If you like a Motel 6, then you would like this hotel.

“I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and swore that I would never stay here again. I actually cut my stay short (lost money) to get out of the hotel.”

• Next to a railroad crossing 3am & 5 am.

• Reasonable price.
• Room dirty, sauna broken, no hot water for shower in am, rollaway bed flimsy.

“This is not a 3 star hotel. It is outdated and kind of dirty. At 8 pm our neighbors breakfast tray still lay in hallway. Dirty behind Fawcett, hair on bathroom floor. Charged $10 for rollaway bed which was very uncomfortable. Description mentioned sauna which had a padlock on it. Couldn't shower in the morning because we had no hot water! Very disappointed.”

• The location to Nyack college and shopping was good.
• Could use upgrading the hotel by remodeling and using shower curtains that can be washed. Slight mold showing.

“A short drive to Nyack college and a large shopping mall which will surely satisfy all of your shopping needs. The hotel was fair compared to other 3 star hotels in my view. It did pass as a comfortable stay for me and my wife.”

• The cleanliness.
• The non English speaking employees.

“My husband and my stay at this hotel was very nice. It was not build up in the description as nice as it was. The hotel was clean; good price, and had a lot of accommodations. We visit this area a lot when we visit, our daughter, we will definitely be going back and recommend it to anyone we know who will be in that area.”

• Friendly staff, nice outdoor pool, and relaxed.
• They seem short-handed. Exterior is a little shabby.

“This is a good spot for families with children in the summertime. The outdoor pool has a littler kids' area, easy to supervise. The staff is very sweet, but I think there are not enough of them; some things get left undone. It's not as uppish as the other three-star hotels in the area, but in ways that don't make much difference to a family. It's comfortable.”
