• Being able to open the windows.
• The bathroom was a little cramped.

“After having stayed in 4 hotels in 3 months, the Regency was quite nice. As a hard to please middle-aged fogey, I found this hotel to be very comfortable.”

• Hallway carpets were dirty.

• Very convenient location, excellent service.
• They allow pets; I heard a barking dog all night long!

“They should have a "pet free" floor for those who do not want to hear a barking dog all night long and actually need to be rested in the morning.”
