European elegance, but staff was not stuffy
The room service was average; coffee tepid and not flavorful.

“The staff is superb; welcoming and enthused. Fabulous concierge services that made every effort to accommodate our needs. The ambiance is beautiful and elegant and very clean. The linens and furnishings in the room were beautiful and very fresh. We would stay again in a new York minute.”

Extremely well trained staff.
Room and bathroom very small. Terrible views from windows.

“I would stay there again if the room were less expensive. I expected a nicer bathroom.”
