“It was in the perfect area of Midtown with restaurants, drugstores, and shops nearby. The subway was right around the corner too. The view was fabulous and everything was super clean. The staff was very helpful and I certainly felt it was worth the price.”

• Great location to get just about anywhere in Manhattan.
• Need a hotel bar for relaxing in the afternoon.

• Wonderful location, walking distance to many things. Morning restaurant has good buffet, great staff. Great value for money.
• I felt the front desk staff was less than helpful.

“Wonderful hotel one block from Lexington, close to 5th Ave shopping. Walking distance to many things. I went for a girls long weekend and we had a great time. Hotel is clean and very nice. The restaurant staff were absolutely delightful. Front desk staff though are not helpful, and you have to make requests several times to get service, unfortunately.”

• Staff was wonderful, very clean and location is one I hadn't stayed in before but now will stay on the East Side of Manhattan now !
• Nothing.

“Great location, staff was wonderful and rooms very clean and comfortable , more than met my expectations ! I go to NY a lot and always stay on the West Side but from now will stay on the East Side and will use this hotel as much as possible . Thank you.”

• Location to sights we wanted to see.
• The breakfast bar was $18.00 per person, no fridge.

“The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff always greeted you upon entering and leaving. We had 3 in our party. Room had 1 king and a sleeper sofa. There was no continental breakfast (breakfast bar at $18 per person), only a small coffee pot in the room. There was no fridge in the room either. Overall I would stay here again, I would just bring a cooler and some snacks.”

• Rooms are larger than typical Manhattan hotel rooms
• No complaints

“The staff is friendly and helpful but stay our of your way. The location is GREAT. The rooms are clean & larger than what you typically find in Manhattan hotels priced much higher. It's no boutique, modern, or ultra hip hotel but it is extremely functional for work or people traveling on more of a budget.”

“Everything was very nice. But the day we arrived, the entire hotel was without hot water. We were told it should be beckon by 4pm. However it didn't come back. Needless to say after traveling for a few days, we were looking forward to a nice hot shower. I know some things are out of your control. This will not deter me from staying again. Linens were fabulous, staff was very nice.”

“This hotel was very conveniently located, but be prepared to walk a lot. It was very clean, the beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly. Rob, the concierge, was very helpful.”

“Room was large and provided two queen size beds which are difficult to find in NYC. They had valet parking and staff at front desk were extremely helpful. May the stay very comfortable for weary travelers. Daughter's graduation.”

• I liked the spaciousness of the room.
• The cost was high and the entire hotel is non smoking.

“The staff was very accommodating and friendly the rooms were very large and comfortable one of the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept in when it comes to hotel stays it is in a great location.”
