• Location and helpfulness of staff.
• TV remote did not work-needed battery replacement.

“I was amazed to find such a high quality hotel for such a reasonable price. There are numerous dining options next door and across the street, and the hotel provides menu/delivery service in conjunction with a variety of selected partners.”

• The proximity to most areas and only a stones throw from the subway.
• Being on the window side it was quite noisy with the traffic.

“We have never been to America before and was uncertain what to expect, we were greeted with up most courtesy and consideration. All the staff were friendly, it is an old building but that gives it character. the 1 bedroom suite we had was large and we had 2 parents and 3 teenage children there quite easily. 2 of the best things about the hotel was the breakfast for $3 you could eat all you wanted at a buffet breakfast. And also it's proximity to the rest of Manhattan 5-10 minute walk from Time Square and a 5 minute walk from Central Park. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Good service, great location, huge room and great price.
• Shower went from hot to cold, then back again.

“Salisbury is an older hotel (as most are in New York) in a great location. The staff was prompt in making sure our needs were met. Two elevators kept things moving along smoothly. Hotel is walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, The Empire State Building, NBC Studios and shopping. We had the one bedroom suite which was huge. Three walk in closets that doubled as dressing rooms. Two beds in the bedroom and a pull out couch accommodated 6 people comfortably. Based on our stay, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. ”
